@@SarahLaneTherapies yes my knees which were painful are much better, my thighs are taking shape my hip joints are becoming less painful and more flexible thank you❤️❤️❤️🥰

Thank you for sharing your option, if you like the sequence of poses but don’t like the audio you can always play it on mute 😉- everyone is different and I appreciate that people like different things. The beauty of RUclips is that we can use the mute button, when you are more experienced with yoga and have a silent meditative practice, which I agree is also lovely, however for some beginners they appreciate the talking to give them something to focus on. I hope you continue to enjoy your yoga practice 😊

I enjoyed your poses but you talk a lot which I found distracting.
