  • Are you dealing with an injury to your hand, wrist, arm or shoulder? Are you needing a break from Chaturangas in your flow practice, but still want an active and challenging yoga class? This yoga class is perfect for you. This class focuses on balance postures and will work your feet, ankles, legs, breathing and focus. You will move posture to posture throughout this class and never burden the upper half of your body with weight bearing postures. This is a fun and challenging balance yoga class, which includes postures like half moon, big toe hold, airplane, airplane chair, eagle, standing pigeon, and more. I hope you enjoy this class!
