Learning is part of all internship programs so you'll learn as you progress. These interview questions and their answers can help you ace the HR intern interview. It's best if you can give solutions to problems you've solved in the past, but if you don't, that's fine too. You're only applying for an HR intern position and no body wants you to have the experience of an HR director as said in the video. For example, in the area of problem solving questions, if you notice a decrease in productivity, you can say that I'll consult with my team and discuss what's causing the decrease in productivity. And, finally, you can say that you'll plan your next step based on your manager's feedback. That was just one example. In this video, there are more of such preparatory questions.
