    These are great interview questions and answer formats thanks for sharing. Answers were more aligned towards theoretical aspects which is good but tailoring them more towards practical experience will be better answer helps the interviewer to understand the candidate's background and skillsets.

    The side video is disturbing, you may consider removing since it's not related to the discussion

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts, madalitsomakawa9708. It's always a delicate balance to create content that caters to the diverse preferences of our audience. While some may find static screens less engaging, others may appreciate a more dynamic visual experience. Your point is well-taken, and I encourage viewers who might find the side video distracting to possibly focus on the main content or take a break from the screen and allow audio only. Your feedback is invaluable, and it opens up a great dialogue about how we can all personalize our viewing experiences. Thanks for being a part of our community and for helping us understand and respect our differences!

    the salary leveles mentioned on these jobs is total BS. 40 to 60K? WTF I earned that as a junior project manager

    • @projectleadershipinstitute
      @projectleadershipinstitute  6 месяцев назад +1

      The salary range they listed (40k-60k) is definitely on the low end for a program manager role, especially for someone with a lot of experience. Program manager salaries can be all over the place, and it depends on a lot of factors. The same way some CEOs make a fraction of what others do.
      Location makes a huge difference. Tech companies in big cities are going to pay a lot more than smaller firms in more rural areas. Even within the same country, salaries can wildly fluctuate.
      There's also the type of company to consider. Some very small firms might offer a lower salary but with the upside of more autonomy and the chance to really grow with the company. It depends on what you're looking for in a role.
      To get a better idea of what program managers are making in your area, you can check out sites like Glassdoor or Salary.com. Search for "program manager" and filter by your experience level and desired location. That will give you a more realistic picture of the market.
