    नमस्ते जी,
    आपके सिखाये हुए तरीके से मैने ब्रस्तिका, कपालभाति, अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी ओर चन्द्रभेदन प्राणायाम 1 मास पहले शुरु किया था, उस समय मेरा टी एम टी टेस्ट पोजिटिव आया था।
    बाद में 20 दिन बाद ऐन्जीयोग्राफी कराया तो बिलकुल नोर्मल रिपोर्ट आई ओर मै हार्ट की सर्जरी से बच गया।
    साथ में हाई ब्लड प्रेशर की टेबलेट भी आधी हो गई । आपका दिल से शुक्रिया ओर जय श्री कृष्ण ।

    Madam, excellent demonstration! I must appreciate you for your entire commentary which is not that easy while giving the demo of Kumbhaka Pranayam. Though I am a very senior citizen, after having started watching your videos, I was really impressed! Whenever I get the opportunity, I always do the promotion of your Yoga Station’s sincere contributions towards “Yog Vidya” among all who are acquainted with me mostly the youngsters who are attracted towards futile western lifestyle.

    Hello Mam, Today i Performed kumbhak Pranayama For frist time as per your guidance and I done pretty well.
    I have some doubts
    1.For How many minutes we should perform kumbhak
    2.What to do before and after kumbhak ( Like for eg Before kumbhak we have to clean our stomach and Is it done empty stomach) After that how many minute we should Take Gap for Breakfast once kumbhak is done.
