    मैं पहलीबार इतने यंग बच्ची को इतने खूबसूरत अंदाज़ में प्राणायाम इत्यादि योगाभ्यास से रूबरू करवाते हुए देख रहा हूँ.. मैं भी नित्य पिछले 25 वर्षों से साधना करता हूँ.. पर इतने अच्छे से ब्याख्या मैं नही कर सकता..ईश्वर आपको अवश्य और भी सफलता की ओर अग्रसित करेगा..👍

    मैं पहली बार किसी को इस सुन्दर तरीके से योग सिखाते हुये देख रहा जिसे देख कर बच्चे बूढ़े सभी योग सीख सकते हैँ मै भी सालों से अनेको किताब को पढ़ने के बाद भी सही तरीके की खोज मे रहा पर आज इस बच्ची को योग देख कर योग के बारे मे बहुत सी गलत बाते दिमाग से निकल गई ईश्वर इस बच्ची को हमेशा सफल बनाये

    Aapki usp ye hai ki aap hindi me samjhate ho ..varna baki youtubers ko to lagta hai ki wo sirf english spoken logo ko hi samjha rahe hai.... hindi me achhe se samajh aata hai ..aur aapke samjhane ka tarika bhi bahut achha hai... Aap her posture ko bahut hi achhe se samjhati ho ,uske benefits ke saath ...bahut bahut shukriya ...👍🏻aap aise hi aage jaao ❤

      jitna aasani se samajh ayega utna jyada chances hai ki log yoga ko try karenge
      meri koshis hai ki log yoga kare, naki sirf video banana.

    दुसरा यह कि मेरी उम्र 67 साल है, वैसे तो मै स्वस्थ हूँ, रोजाना लगभग तीन चार किलोमीटर वाक करता हूँ और कुछ योगा भी करता हूँ,
    इस उम्र में कोनसे योगा व कितनी देर या कितना करना चाहिए.🙏🙏

      Very good and simple way of teaching. Ramdev goes fast. His body is like rubber but every body is not ramdev. He pushes fast which is not good for new comers. Ur way is good and simple I have been doing since last 15 yrs but by ur way I an doing it in the right way. Thx a lot

      Guru ji I would be very glad that someday you could guide me quit smoking..I gave been smoking for good 30 years and I guess time has come I should quit it now.only problem is that I gave a weak will power and I get anxiety when I do not smoke.Also,I have a problem that I wake up with anxiety in the morning.Please guide me whenever you have time.Following yoga by you has surely brought in peace within me.thank you🙏

    mam yr doggy is so intelligent , when he saw u doing 1st time making bhamri sound , he immediately reacted but then he understood that the bhamri pranayam is going on...so no danger..!!
    may be doggy yogi..!!
    anyways,
    u r teaching in a so convincing - practical way that not only we learn it well, but tempted to do the pranayama along with u by just following u,
    and believe me i never experienced so relaxed and enjoyable experience...

    Hello Ma'am. Loved the way you teach the yoga lessons. Tried many other options but was not satisfied. Your method & calming presence during my practice helps me a lot.       When I do plug in or plug out at that time air is difficult and create heavy noice like sleeping naskora bolna. So I do to plug with both hand that is left and right hand . one hand for Vishnu mudra and left hand for upper side of nose for air while plugin it will not create noice. And some times inside nose is wett so i couldn't do well. PL. Suggest .

    Very good explanation of ‘Prana’ at the beginning.😊 Thank u so much for telling so nicely about Anulom vilom, nadi shodhan & bhramari. Good to know about terms like vayu mudra & gyan mudra.
    One question- I heard about holding breath, can we hold breath during nadi shodhan or during anulom vilom & what is benefit of holding breath? Thanku

      Hello Sachin, I am glad that you liked it. Holding breath is called kumbhaka in sanskrit (Yoga). I did not talk about it, because this video is for complete beginners.
      When you hold breath inside your lungs it increases the capacity of the lungs by expanding it and eventually increases it surface area. More surface area more Oxygen intake. In short Kumbhaka is something which makes your respiratory system more strong :) I hope I was able to answer the query, let me know if you want to know anything else.
