    Mam jo baaten apne btayi hai usse lag raha hai mujhe kapha dosh hai mai ab ye pranayam jarur karungi mai already apke 3 pranayam kar rahi hu...... mam mere papa high blood pressure aur sugar ke patient hai 2 saal pahle unko paralysis ka minor attack bhi hua tha paralysis thik ho chuka hai lakin mai chahti hu papa bilkul fit aur healthy feel kare aur happy rahe mam koi pranayam ya yoga btaiye please jisse mere papa fit rahe hamesha.... lots of blessings apko🙏

    Namaste Madam..afternoon means what time? I have my lunch at 11.30 am...so is it fine if I do this at 2 pm? please help..i am 56 years old and carry a stent in my heart..but I do yoga in the mornings...but i suffer from Kapha dosha also.

    I had heart surgery some 10 years back and because of that I am on BP medicine. My heart and BP is normal of course on medicines. I am a yoga practitioner for a long time and I follow your techniques to improve the quality and benefits of my asanas . Can I do Surya Bhedan pranayama along with others suggested for Asthma improvement. Kindly guide me . I am 88 years of age and capable of doing all asanas which keep me generally fit and mostly healthy.

    Main bhi pranayama practice karata hu gharpe par Kapalbhati ya koi bhi pranayam 1-2 min karne ke baad Jamaee aati hai .iska kya matlab hai.kya main wrong kar raha hu.

      Iska matlab hai aap ki neend poori nahi hoti hai yaa aap jyada der concentrate nahi kar sakte
      iske liye aap rojana abhyas kare, bhale hi 1-2 min
      practise karne se hi adat dalegi. or koi shortcut nahi hai is problem ka

    I am seniorcitizen. My nostri frequently gets chocked.But I am cardiac patient also.
    Another question if some one is short tampered gets easily disturbed but cough and cold is frequent problem then how to be done or balanced

    Did this everyday when I stayed in Manali. Early morning it would get -14 degrees on certain days, yet never faced cough problems. Some people also suggest that sleeping on the left side automatically forces the body to inhale through the right nostril, would you recommend doing that?
