Bhramari pranayama very well explained. Thank you very much. You asked for any suggestion that is why I am telling you that when we inhale, the diafram goes down (not up) as you told in this video. The downward movement of diafram makes the space for lungs to get the air into the lungs. When we exhale, the diafram goes up pushing the lungs to vacate the air. Once agin I thank you for giving such a nice demo.

Excellent teaching. Thank you for explaining. Just one thing - if you would have mentioned "who should not do it" in the beginning of video, it would ensure that people are aware well in advance. It so happens that people start practicing while watching it.

Yes, definitely. Its the most ancient way to practise Bhramari. its tough that is why some teacher avoid teaching khechari mudra :)

It's better to take spinach thrice a week. Use ghee in your diet. Take amla with one teaspoon of seasame oil..
