    Didi aap bahut achchhe tarike se ye pranayama sikh di ,aapko bahut bahut dhanyabad.
    Isse pahle maine ek aur didi hai wo bhi bharamri pranayama sikhai thi aur tab se mai use kar raha tha ,mujhe fayda hua ,mera blood pressure normal ho gya.

    Bhramari pranayama very well explained. Thank you very much. You asked for any suggestion that is why I am telling you that when we inhale, the diafram goes down (not up) as you told in this video. The downward movement of diafram makes the space for lungs to get the air into the lungs. When we exhale, the diafram goes up pushing the lungs to vacate the air. Once agin I thank you for giving such a nice demo.

    Vramri in morning or evening !
    But how is it possible to do
    before bedtime with empty stomach? I m having chronic
    insomnea! Plz clarify the

      Yes, definitely. Its the most ancient way to practise Bhramari. its tough that is why some teacher avoid teaching khechari mudra :)

    बहुत ही आसान और सही ढंग से आपने भ्रामरी और खेचरी मुद्रा का जान करवाया । आपके समझने का तरीका बहुत अच्छा है बेटा । मैं 62 वर्षीय महिला हूं। कई वर्षों से कानों से आवाजें आने से और अब दाहिने कान पूरा बंद बहरा हो गया है। हर वक्त सिर से घूँओं ऊ ओ की आवाज आती है मानो भोपू या आंधियां चल रही है । कृपया निदान बताए 🙏

      Bidyut morning may bassi muuh kalonji lo 1 glass garam pani k satth aur garam pani may 2 spoon honey mila lena kalonji ko sabane ki zaroorat nahi bas muuh may dey k pani k satth nigal lena haar morning ye adat daa lo phir apko result khud mil jayega aur brush bhi pani peene k baad karna kyun ki bassi muuh k laar humare body k liye bohot important hay aur pani peene k half hour baad tea ya coffee lena

      It's better to take spinach thrice a week. Use ghee in your diet. Take amla with one teaspoon of seasame oil..
