    Didi aap bahut achchhe tarike se ye pranayama sikh di ,aapko bahut bahut dhanyabad.
    Isse pahle maine ek aur didi hai wo bhi bharamri pranayama sikhai thi aur tab se mai use kar raha tha ,mujhe fayda hua ,mera blood pressure normal ho gya.

    Tab maine ise chhod diya kyukinmujhe subah pahar tuition jana tha to late ho jane ke karan maine ise pichchle 2 mahino se chhod diya tab mujhe phir mental samasya hone lagi par main phir se ise start kiya hu aur pichhle 2-3dino se kar raha aur aapka video dekhkar mujhe aur motivation mila main wada karta hu ki isi daily karunga .Mera naam Gunjan hai , l'm boy.
    Aur I'm 23 years old.
    Main May 2022 se ise karta aa raha tha aur May 2023 me chhod diya par mai aapse wada karta hu ki ise kam se kam 6month karunga taki jyada se jyada iska fayda le saku.Dhanyawaad didi,love you.Jai Hind🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳❤❤❤👍👍👍

    Bhramari pranayama very well explained. Thank you very much. You asked for any suggestion that is why I am telling you that when we inhale, the diafram goes down (not up) as you told in this video. The downward movement of diafram makes the space for lungs to get the air into the lungs. When we exhale, the diafram goes up pushing the lungs to vacate the air. Once agin I thank you for giving such a nice demo.
