मैम आप अनुलोम विलोम को 1515 सेट के लिए तीन बार करने के लिए बोल रही हैं लेकिन हमको अनुलोम विलोम करने में एक बार करने मे 10 सेकंड सांस लेने में 20 सेकंड सांस होल्ड रखता हूं और 20 सेकंड छोड़ता हूं ऐसे ही दूसरी तरफ से करने में इतना समय लगता है ऐसे मैं रोज 7:00 से 9:00 चक्र करता हूं और इसमें लगभग 15 मिनट लगता है मेरे अनुपात में 45 सेट करने में लगभग डेढ़ घंटे का समय लगेगा ऐसे में मैं किस तरह करूं कृपया बताने की कृपा करे क्योंकि इसके अलावा और भी प्राणायाम आसन करने होते हैं।

मुझे trigeminal nuralgia की problem है plz उसके लिए भी एक वीडियो बनाएँ... मैंने भ्रामरी करना start किया था और उससे mind में बहुत relax मिलने लगा था मगर trigeminal nuralgia की problem काफी ज्यादा बढ़ गयी थी जिसके कारण योगा नहीं किया फ़िर से... कृपया guide करें...धन्यवाद

I do 1hr exercise including Back exercise+ Core exercise + streching exercise + some mediation exercise (My exercise : Jumping jacks(60), Standing bicycle crunch(60), High knee(50), Squat(20
0, Standing hamstring streching (10), Tadasan(4), Triangle pose, Tree pose, Natraj asana , Kapalbhati(500),Om chanting, Bhramri, Butterfly pose, Cobra pose Bird-dog pose, Cat-cow pose, Mountain climbing, Knee tuck , Hip raise, spiderman, Russian twist, Sravangasan ,Halasan, Leg raise ). How can i make it in efficient way? I also started to see changes in my waist. Sometimes it feel a lot of exercise.
