Mic Powers i have to agree with you. I think that the guys that are featured in this channel are better formed than most of the bodybuilders that compete in today’s mr. olympia. I know they are different categories; however, mr. olympia has changed way too much. It used to be about proportion and perfecting the shape of the body, now is all about getting bigger and bigger with hughe bubble guts that look disgusting in my opinion

This was a great workout. My arms are done.
1. Warm up sets light weight (20 reps).... Ez bar curl
2. 1st set. 5 sets (10,8,6,4) Ez bar curl. Increase the weight on successive sets. Last set is drop set
3. Alt Dumbbell curls. 3 sets (12-15 reps). You can use light weight
4. Overhead bicep curls. 3 sets (12-15 reps). Focus on squeeze
5- ropes 3 sets each to failure.
Added to my liked videos. This is awesome! I've known all the exercises before but I haven't done them with these particular reps. I'll do them that way this week!

All three of the bicep exercises target the long head which is the most targeted part of the bicep with those staple exercises concentration curls are the best EMG wise targeting the bicep 98% and also targets the short head more. There wasn't even some variation of hammer curl in this video to target the muscle that pushes out the bicep. It was just some guy roided up swinging a bar.
U should have shown some more bicep exercises. Why did u add triceps exercises in it? This video is particularly for biceps isn't it!

Can anyone explain the difference between training biceps/triceps in supersets and doing them separately like in this video?
sup[ersets are a time saver reducing workout time so allow you to fit in more volume per workout. Supersets are also a good intensity technique. the advantages however of doing them separately is having better rest between sets so allowing for more heavier sets. Both are good and should be used at different times

I’ve never seen anyone curl that much weight in my life. I can’t believe his arms aren’t twice the size. Why am I skeptical of the weight I’m seeing.
If those are 45lbs plates, he’s curling a deadlift workout. 4 plates on an EZ curl bar is 385lbs!
They’re not 45s
If you freeze-frame at the right moments, you can see that they are actually 10kg and 5 kg bumper plates (which look heavier than they are). So for his heaviest sets, he had 30 kg (66 lbs) loaded on each side. If the E-Z curl bar weighs 25 lbs, that translates to a total of 157 lbs, which is still a lot, but at least much more believable.
