One day last year, I tossed the walker out of the front door (don't know what happened to it???) along with the Oxycodone, Morphine, etc, after the V.A told me that I would never be able to lift more than a gallon of milk. At 6'2" tall and with no gray hair, I am now down to 220 lbs with a 60" chest and a 34" waist and you don't see a wrinkle where the fat used to be. Kettle Bell workout with 10,000 reps per month, eating right, and listening to 'YOU ONLY'... has helped me tremendously Troy. God Bless and Thank You!
You REALLY wanna work that brachialis, do hammer curls two arms at a time, keep your elbows in tight but also keep the elbow pinned behind you. Your range of motion will basically keep your arms parallel to the floor, hold & squeeze for 2 seconds. Try keeping the reps high (12-15). TOTALLY hits the brachialis. Burns like a S.O.B!!! 3 sets should have you pumped.
These exercises have increased the width of my arms. As well, I tried your ballon method for shoulders. My shoulders are massively larger than they ever were. Please keep up the videos because I’m growing through you.🙌🏽👏👐🏽

The Loaded barbell smashed my breast bone downward so that upper spine took the full force on my bedroom gym Concrete Floor. I lost 45 pounds of body weight but I built full floor and ceiling Cable system so together with Dumbbells I am back on track.

THANKS a LOT for this video. Because of an accident to my left elbow when I was a kid, I have spent the last 45 yrs without supination in my left wrist. I actually didn't know why I couldn't until I decided to join the Military...Army....and in my 1st physical the Dr told me to stand straight, with palms up, which I couldn't do lol. He checked my elbow and then sent me to have an X Ray on it. When he saw it, he asked me when I broke my left elbow and I said...never. He said the X Ray says otherwise and since it mended, wrongly of course, I was left with the inability to supinate my left palm. The only time it could have happened was when I broke my left wrist, along with the elbow, when I was a kid and when the Dr took an X Ray of my left wrist he didn't check my entire arm and the break was missed! They offered to fix it, by rebreaking it but I said a hearty...NO lol. I had lived with it all those years and it didn't keep me from going to Basic Training nor, did it keep me from graduating Basic/AIT. I have struggled with growing my bicep on my left arm and NOW, you have showed me some new exercises to incorporate into my routine! Now I KNOW I don't need to struggle with trying to do pronated exercises to reach growth in my bicep. Again I say a big THANK YOU! Now I can stop being pissed at a Dr from 45 yrs ago lol. CHEERS!

Today I've implemented this my exercise where this really gave me positive response and "vascularity" to my arms. ThankYou so much Mr.Troy it really helped and boosted me keep it in my arm workout routine.
While actual wrist width is predominantly down to genetics, there is also very little actual muscle in that area. Hammer curls Drag curls and plate curls along with reverse curls, these will all work the forearms and the Bracallis, oh don't forget cross body curls.💪🏼
Thanks for your tip. I want start to build my biceps up again. I'm 53 but lost muscle due to long life disability. Around 20 I had nice natural biceps because I'm very outdoors person. I don't want too much just to have good biceps help me carry things stronger

you may want to advise your subscribers to first strengthen their wrists and forarms before doing pronation bicep excercises. i started doing pronation exercises last summer (not very heavy weight, started at 15lbs and got up to 30lbs after a few months), but started noticing i was having elbow pain. i ended up with tennis elbow, and had to take 6 months off. Did physio during that time, and im slowing getting back into things but my elbow still hurts if i try to lift anything in a pronated way.

Trust me guys, BRACHIALIS are the key! Literally the other day I saw a dude with swollen ass arm. His biceps looks huge. Here I am looking at my biceps asking what did I do wrong? My mind & consciousness was juggling that time & I finally came to the realization that the brachialis definitely adds a whole lot more volume than the regular bicep itself. I trained my brachialis for 4 days now & YESSS my arm 100% & definitely look way way fuller than before. Yes I will start a new chapter in my brachialis development! Thanks.
I've tried to do that, but to no success. I almost never feel the brachialis, I feel the pain mostly in the part that connects the biceps with the forearms. And it's not a burn, it's literal pain. I also do pullups and chinups like crazy, even on leg days.

I can only do a little of this as I broke my wrist (titanium plate inserted, then I developed CRPS: complex regional pain syndrome) so my arm & chest atrophied- I started working out again a couple weeks ago (surgery was early May, it's now mid August) with a 1 lb weight! Couldn't tie my shoes or pick up a coffee cup... but I'm determined because I HATE what I looked & felt like & COULD NOT allow that to continue... anyway I'm up to 10 lbs on the bad arm, 15 on the good one. I was looking for some brachialis tips & yours seem good; I'm eager to try them (I started out with really thin wrists before the accident but ha! now that there's a titanium plate in there it's thicker; but of course... it's not muscle). Incorporated this into my bicep workout, and it is amazing what it has done to the width of my biceps. These have become a staple of my bicep routine.

Trust me guys, BRACHIALIS are the key! Literally the other day I saw a dude with swollen ass arm. His biceps looks huge. Here I am looking at my biceps asking what did I do wrong? My mind & consciousness was juggling that time & I finally came to the realization that the brachialis definitely adds a whole lot more volume than the regular bicep itself. I trained my brachialis for 4 days now & YESSS my arm 100% & definitely look way way fuller than before. Yes I will start a new chapter in my brachialis development! Thanks.
I've tried to do that, but to no success. I almost never feel the brachialis, I feel the pain mostly in the part that connects the biceps with the forearms. And it's not a burn, it's literal pain. I also do pullups and chinups like crazy, even on leg days.
My last cheat meal was a couple of weeks ago eating spaghetti at a friends house.

I can only do a little of this as I broke my wrist (titanium plate inserted, then I developed CRPS: complex regional pain syndrome) so my arm & chest atrophied- I started working out again a couple weeks ago (surgery was early May, it's now mid August) with a 1 lb weight! Couldn't tie my shoes or pick up a coffee cup... but I'm determined because I HATE what I looked & felt like & COULD NOT allow that to continue... anyway I'm up to 10 lbs on the bad arm, 15 on the good one. I was looking for some brachialis tips & yours seem good; I'm eager to try them (I started out with really thin wrists before the accident but ha! now that there's a titanium plate in there it's thicker; but of course... it's not muscle). For years I've gotten comments on how big my arms are and stand out.. 3 things I've always done: hammer curls, chin-ups, and 21's. That's about it.
