      I workout fours days in a row and take the fifth day off. First day chest and back, second legs, third shoulders and fourth bicep and triceps. I don’t take many days off because I enjoy the gym and it gets me out of the house in the morning. Just part of my routine and it works for me.

    Ryan's advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of his for these types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from Dietarize, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last two months. Thank you Ryan for all the work you have done over the years.

    Hi, Ryan. I know you’ll never see this, but I just wanted to say thanks. A little bit ago I had open heart surgery and my Dr. told me I had to start going to the gym. I didn’t know what I was doing, and I neither saw nor felt any improvements. The gym was a boring chore. You’ve taught me not only how to exercise properly and effectively, but also the proper mindset and approach to have. Now I enjoy going to the gym. An hour or two before I get off work, I begin looking forward the the exercises, and pushing myself, and feeling that lactic acid burn (I actually enjoy it!). I’m beginning to feel strong, and healthy, and confident, and I have a much more positive and happy attitude. I’m eager to see what improvements come with a little more work. Thanks!

    I’ve started doing dumbbell curls, start with palms facing out, curl, hold and the top and rotate wrist to facing eachother, rotate back to palms up, then down.
    I’ve seen a crazy amount of growth, never been one to see veins in my biceps but after a while of doing those I can definitely start to see a difference in tone and muscle definition

  • @budgetking2591

    You don't need 4 exercises for biceps, thats just stupi, you need at least 12

    • @stevewilliams2790
      @stevewilliams2790 4 года назад

      12 ???? For biceps? You must be crazy, the bicep is a small muscle, all u.need is 3-4 different exercises by 4 sets per exercise with a 10-15 rep range. You can do a lot more for bigger body parts like the back, chest or legs.

    • @budgetking2591
      @budgetking2591 4 года назад

      @@stevewilliams2790 i was joking, but it seems like you are being serious about doing 16 sets for biceps in 1 workout, thats fucking nuts sir. i do 4 sets for biceps 3 times a week btw.
