don't get me wrong. Ryan knows his stuff. No doubt.
But as many other large real natty fitnes-tuber said. Listening to someone who is on gear can be missleading sometimes. Bc what works for them, doesn't work for natty bodybuilders or your avarage Joe.
He shows real studys, tests them on hits own and even make own assumptions based on facts. Nice! The only downside is, that somebody on gear could pick up a big rock everyday and he will get bigger shoulders (or any other muscel). You (by that I mean every natty) this doesn't work. Even if you follow his guides, you won't ever reach a freaction of what he has.
Just my opinion. Working out for 15 years now, saw a lot of people, bothe on/off and without any gear.
What I am trying to say is, that one should different how and by whom they get information.
      Have a great day :)

You don't get wilde by trianing rear delts just because the academics define them as 10 times bigger than the middle head and so let's spam rear delts

Hey Ryan, i dont know where i heard this, was a yt video ages ago.
A high lvl strongman was training a bodybuilder on yoke and farmers handles and the like.
One of the simplest biggest ques the strongman gave the bodybuilder was to allways look forward and never tip your chin down onto your chest/look down as it causes the traps to disengage for a large amount, and you need those to work on yoke and farmers.
Whenever i do rear delt movements and certain side lateral movements i have been tipping my chin down onto my chest and i felt a big difference in targeting my rear delts/delts on machine and dumbel work.
Definetly not as masive as you or others are but i do feel a better pump and easier activation on my delts doing that little thing.

  • @mikahundin
    @mikahundin 2 месяца назад

Here’s a tier ranking of all the exercises mentioned in the transcript, along with the corresponding timestamps:
    ### S-Tier:
    1. **Lying Incline Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise (arms closer to body)**
    Timestamp: (05:35-08:48)
    - This exercise is praised for taking the traps out of the equation and making the lats less effective, allowing the posterior delts to work harder.
    2. **Barbell Rear Delt Raise (similar to lying incline dumbbell version)**
    Timestamp: (09:14-09:40)
    - Similar benefits to the dumbbell version with a focus on fiber orientation and reducing trap involvement.
    3. **Single Arm Rear Delt Partial Range of Motion on Cables**
    Timestamp: (10:38-11:06)
    - Considered the best rear delt exercise by the speaker, it allows for heavy overload while focusing on the stretch and minimizing trap involvement.
    ### A-Tier:
    1. **Side-Sitting Single-Arm Rear Delt Fly on Pec Dec**
    Timestamp: (02:27-03:28)
    - This modification improves the rear delt fly by placing the delt in a more extended position while limiting trap engagement.
    2. **Dual Cable Variation (arms close to the body)**
    Timestamp: (10:08-10:38)
    - Constant tension on the rear delts, allows for tilting the body to find the perfect angle for maximum engagement.
    ### B-Tier:
    1. **Standing/Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly (with reduced range of motion)**
    Timestamp: (05:07-05:35)
    - Reducing the range of motion minimizes trap involvement, but still not as effective as other variations.
    2. **Machine Rear Delt Fly (modified with higher hand placement)**
    Timestamp: (02:27-03:01)
    - Improves the standard machine rear delt fly slightly by minimizing trap involvement but still falls short of higher-tier exercises.
    ### C-Tier:
    1. **Standing/Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly (full range of motion)**
    Timestamp: (05:07-05:35)
    - Standard dumbbell rear delt fly, but with too much trap involvement.
    ### D-Tier:
    1. **Machine Rear Delt Fly (default use)**
    Timestamp: (02:27-03:01)
    - Traps dominate this exercise, leading to minimal rear delt engagement without modifications.
    2. **Bent Over Unilateral Cable Rear Delt Fly**
    Timestamp: (09:40-10:08)
    - Has potential but is compromised by trap engagement as you raise your arm higher, limiting effectiveness.
    ### F-Tier:
    1. **High Dual Cable Rear Delt Raise**
    Timestamp: (09:40-10:08)
    - This exercise is considered ineffective due to trap over-involvement, making it one of the worst rear delt exercises.
This tier list ranks the effectiveness of these exercises based on how well they isolate the rear delts while minimizing involvement of other muscles like traps and lats.

My total giving amounted to 40,000 dollars. Everyone thought I was delusional. Today, 1 receive 85,000 dollars every two months. I have a property in Calabasas, CA, and travel a lot. Maybe if you want to just discount all of the useful information about exercises, form, the anatomy and mechanics stuff regarding moment arms. All of which is true regardless of whether you’re natural or enhanced. You guys are so obsessed with calling people out for steroids that you can’t even appreciate good content. Truthfully there are people who take steroids and never get big. Steroids alone are not the answer.

I think you should STOP the 9 syllable words and the over lengthy commentary 😴 and show the darn movements. People want to know how to get, as the title of your video states. " SHORTCUT TO BOULDER SHOULDERS ". Not hear an 11:30min. video of nada verbiage ... " COME ON MAN " 🤔 And of course a little help from the " Secret Sauce " that you dabble on, Yes, ones belts would BLOW UP 🤔

    • @JayTheTruth

I disagree. Showing a movement is only half the story. Knowing WHY it needs to move a certain way makes it easier to find that same path while you’re doing the movement yourself.
