💪💪💪Oh, I played the exercise without shoes, and I got knee pain, but I completed it anyway. Oliver is beautiful. This kind of music is better than songs.
Well done in pushing through and completing the workout! I would suggest that you get some sport shoes if possible. It will help reduce the impact and be easier on your joints
