    Loved this so much. Just a note the plank to squat hold is actually what we called back in the day half burpee. Keep being great Oliver.

    💪💪💪Oh, I played the exercise without shoes, and I got knee pain, but I completed it anyway. Oliver is beautiful. This kind of music is better than songs.

      Well done in pushing through and completing the workout! I would suggest that you get some sport shoes if possible. It will help reduce the impact and be easier on your joints

    Hi, looks like majority of the workouts are cardio. I read older women need to do more weight lifting to build and keep muscle. Do you have a program that addresses that? Thanks!
