Thought I'd add this on to a 20 min workout w/ weights. Yup.
No rest...good way to get your strain rate activated for the day!
Why don't you add 10sec of rest between switching to next exercise!! It gets difficult to shift suddenly
That's actually a good suggestion but I found out he has more of introduction videos where it is easier to follow than this. You could try it then get back to this if you build your stamina already.
I turn it into tabata.....rest 10 sec and work 20 sec. Easier and feel good.
I don’t think it’s necessary when the exercise is so short. Ig it all depends on your exercise level.
if you add a break you will lose that burning streak
