    That was Great! You'll need your own warm up and cool down. But a great whole body 20 minute workout and i had to modify to make it low impact. Thank you.

    Less pain n more gains. Love it. Got to 35 n started struggling because of some exercises I couldn't manage anymore but yours gets the job done with the right pain n good gains. Checking in at the 3 month mark soon.

    Thanks for this video! I needed something quick and not to impactful of my joints and thanks for not getting me on the floor to workout as i'm able to do this in a limited space, no more excuses, lol!
    The music was good and i liked seeing % of completion with a timer.
    I also liked what is coming up next as i'm able to pause and sip on some water. I wear a watch heart monitor and I see that i'm pumping and i'm still sweating typing this up lol!
    Keep up with these kinds of videos especially for folks who has joint pain/ and are over 50+ !!!

    Not me the Jamaican making it to the end to hear that track from here. Feels like an hour of intensity packed in 20mins. Best workout in a loooong while. Strapped for time? This workout is your best bet.

    Hey Oliver, amazing stuff as always, man! Quick question if you don’t mind. I’m 6’2 215lbs male around 15 percent body fat and I’m just trying to get my body fat as low as possible, not trying to put on any additional muscle. I’ll normally run on the treadmill about 25 mins and then do one of your workouts. Do you think there would be any advantage to doing the cardio and HIIT sessions separately or is it okay to do them back to back? Thanks again brother!

      ​@@OliverSjostromhey love your work but I had a question there is another video of your with hit workout it included push up and I can't really do them properly so I am switching to this one as I can follow these properly but the other vid specified how much calories you can burn I believe it said 300 in the thumbnail I was wounding how many can I expect to burn doing these ones

    Sometimes if I know a harder exercise is coming up I dread, I’ll do it during an easier exercise’s time-that way when the harder one comes up, I get to trade it for an easier exercise .

    How many calories will i burn being a 5'9 105kg male? I have been doing other 24 min workouts from your channel and they make me sweat like a pig, and take about 30 to 35 min to complete.
