This HIIT is actually manageable 👏
actually hiit is supposed to be this "easy" because you need to just get your heart rate up and stay there for your fat to burn, believe it, I've done maybe 20-30 or so workouts on youtube that claim to be "hiit" but actually are just wastes of time because of how strenuous they are. I've been doing these workouts and LISS workouts and they unlike the "hitt" workouts are actually do something to burn fat.

It's been almost a year since I did some serious cardio exercises like hiit, and your channel as a lot of these great simple workouts for people that are starting or are just rusty like I am. After Christmas I've decided to return to hiit for maybe half of January.. we'll see how the results end up looking like. And as such I'll once again pay your channel a daily visit

Quick by nice, thanks. I noticed that I am able to kick higher today than I was in the past, which is good, and I finally realized that when doing the knee up and jump I should jump on the leg still on the ground, so I started to do that. 133 calories with 171 total calories and an average heart rate of 125bpm, it was nice.

@@LiamJacobTheCEOI am up to jogging about 5 miles a day but sometimes it may be 2.5 miles and I use a walking treadmill to do 3 miles. My fitness has improved but I still come back to Oliver at times as his workouts are great.
I like these 15 minute videos. Sometimes I don't think I can do any more and 30 minutes seems daunting, but once I get started I'm happy to keep going so the 15 minute videos are really motivating for me :)
I hate HIIT exercises but somehow I enjoyed this all standing workout, I'm here to stay! Thank you

Shouldn’t be doing cardio before lifting weights it’s should be after as you loose significant energy and won’t perform to youre highest while lifting

Can you please do a HIIT workout using dumbbells?
Of course, you’d use light dumbbells if you’re using them for HIIT, but they’re still helpful for exerting more energy during HIIT.
