I’m glad you started including warm ups and cool downs. I knew to do this. I just usually skipped it. I don’t know if it really affects anything, but I’m definitely not flexible because of my lack of stretching 😂

Day 1-Made it to 4:24 with no breaks(Squats screwed my legs over which caused them to give over in the criss cross jumps
Workout complete one day I’ll be able to do full pushups but now it’s knee pushups and those I can barely do but I’m working on it
