    Now this is better because of shorter time duration ,😅
    I'm actually doing your HIIT videos 3x every week but sometimes I can only do 30 to 40 mins ,then I'll just add some squats or pilates for 15 to 20 mins . Thank you ❤❤

    I’m glad you started including warm ups and cool downs. I knew to do this. I just usually skipped it. I don’t know if it really affects anything, but I’m definitely not flexible because of my lack of stretching 😂

    Day 1-Made it to 4:24 with no breaks(Squats screwed my legs over which caused them to give over in the criss cross jumps
