I lost 1kg in 1 week doing your other 15 min cardio workout, plus 5000 step walk, and 15 minute ab workout daily. Slightly reduced sugar intake and drank plenty of black tea throughout the week too. Really happy with the results.

This was a complete 💦 session. It may be 15 minutes but the routine was so spot on that after finishing the body was still on sweat / burn mode. Thank you Oliver for a great wrap up to my Monday (did this after work... felt blah but this made me do a complete turnaround). Felt awesome finishing this! 👍❤💪🦵
I prefer workouts 10-15 minutes long because I get bored and skip around from workout to workout. Most people probably do the same. Also allows you to mix and match several different workouts in a session so you can change up the focus. You know do some strength, then some cardio then maybe some Abs or stretches or get in some steps walking. Endless possibilities. 🙂✅🏆🏋🏻♀️
Short-form, no-repeat workout videos like this one are great for custom workout playlists. I would do his 15-min video followed by another *MadFit* HIIT workout video. Because variety is fun.
