    Awesome workout Oliver! I have a suggestion: maybe you could make 30 min Cardio Full Body HIIT workout. I know you already have bunch of them, but I would love to you to make a new one and also make it more intense ;)

    Great workout. I just turned 60 two weeks ago and was able to do it with no problems. I do workout frequently.

    I’m a 59 year old female weight lifter who had a hip replacement last January-being a runner for many years wore the cartilage out. Doctor orders are no more running or jumping-which is so hard for me as I want to get a good sweat going when doing cardio. Is it possible to even do a HIT without jumping? If so, would love to see some workouts🙂
