I’m a 59 year old female weight lifter who had a hip replacement last January-being a runner for many years wore the cartilage out. Doctor orders are no more running or jumping-which is so hard for me as I want to get a good sweat going when doing cardio. Is it possible to even do a HIT without jumping? If so, would love to see some workouts🙂
