    I came back home, did some housework, put on my sports clothes and started my workout. It's 9:20 p.m. and I'm sweat and happy. Greetings from Poland😍

    YOU'RE THE BESTTTTTT OMG BRO I tried alot of workouts they burn and some doesn't but they don't burn all the time but urs I felt the burn and I'm literally gonna do more now. I finished this one as first and ill Try more (Im tryna have a good body for when the scl starts hehe❤)

    I have 2 question
    1. Can we do this daily after 30-45 min of weight training for 15minutes?
    2. Also if I am only doing HIIT workout in morning. Should this require any pre-workout meal?

      Good job completing the workout! It is important to let your body and muscles rest and recover. Approx 2 rest days a week.
