Would be great if you could incorporate also some new moves. These 15 min are great , if wanting more it’s easy to add one of yours 10 min videos like abs or arms etc .
This workout all i need, no lunges and no squats, from warm up to cool down stretching . Thankful ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
