Dr Ekberg's diet got me started in the right direction and these work outs finished off the transformation. I love starting my day off with HIIT. I hope you bring the weight routines back! I just bought an adjustable set of dumbbells so I could increment up with your workouts. Thanks for all you do!
Squats and lunges destroy my knee for the rest of the day! I feel like they are not worthy of health consumption. Too much effort for so little calories burnt. Even jumping jacks are a lot easier to excute as the strain the knee much less than lunges and Squats

Routines of 10, 15, 20 and more minutes are very effective and help many of us when we do not have time to exercise or also because they help us complete an exercise routine we have done in advance. So glad I found his workouts. I use them 3-4 days a week now. So much better than 1.5-2 hrs in the gym lifting weights every day
Glad you like them! But doing resistance training is also important! 💪
Just did the workout, man I feel alive, I feel like I work out my self good more than I do just standard lifting weights.

@angiesyafari1885 personal experience while exercising. Lunges and Squats hurt a lot more than jumping jacks
