This is very informative and I also find walking helpful. My only problem is that I'm unable to stand (or walk) straight, I am bent forward and a little to the right. It is exhausting to walk with this terrible posture. I am just simply unable to straighten myself out. I do 3-4 short walks a day (maybe 10-12 minutes each) and I'm completely exhausted when I'm done. So far not one PT has been able to help me with my posture and it's been over a month.
Thank you for sharing your experience! It's a great reminder that stretching can be a bit unpredictable. I hope you find a stretch that works better for you!

I am so sorry to hear this. Maybe shorten your walks to 5 minutes until you can walk up straight.

I did a pigeon stretch and boom! Agrivated . Went away. Then a year later another pigeon stretch, and sciatica hell came lose
