Dallas Paint Correction & Auto Detailing I think the viewer is saying the site works better without the lady. That is what they are trying to say in the comment. As a viewer he was giving his opinion on how the information is received from your site. Sure you might like a partner while doing these videos but it might not be appropriate for your viewers. It is your site and you can do what you want but I do recommend you to listen to the responses of your viewers. I personally like just you talking to the camera. I feel I can absorb the information better. This is just my opinion. Over the past few years I have bought many products that you have recommended.

As a huge fan and supporter, I actually just did my first Full interior exterior detail today and based my pricing off your videos as well as the value in myself i should have going into starting a business. I also did 2 full interior details with your checklist and my customers were amazed and said I exceeded your expectations. I have watched many of your videos and think you can go in whatever direction you choose. I like having both of you in the videos its the same thing just another perspective. Have a close look at the comments Scott. At least every other comment refers to Alex’s hotness. She is a beautiful woman; however, you’re putting your credibility at risk. You’re teaching her stuff that just about every detailer/member could do in his/her sleep. You can use your “business only” voice as much as you like, but this is pretty transparent stuff. I’m no prude; she’s gorgeous - and I’m sure intelligent and fun to be around - but really? You have a great channel; keep it that way. Just keepin’ it real bro.

I agree 100%. Scott you do not need eye candy for people to watch your videos. I'm sure over the years there were many people asking you the questions that she is asking, yet never made it on your videos. The info you give was great and got me into detailing my cars in a whole new way, but I'll watch the older videos you did, solo was better in my opinion

Love Fast Finish! It's my go to for tight time/budget corrections. Haven't seen it in retail stores for awhile in my area either, maybe because it doesn't have the word "ceramic" all over the label.. Thank goodness for Prime.. and sunny days.. and Alex's shorts! Whew! 😍😍

Thanks for these videos. With a teacher and a pupil, I put myself in the place of the pupil. I am learning just like Alex is learning. I am just a beginner too, and can follow how she is doing things too. It does help alot to get rid of the fear of trying new things. I am progressing just like she is!

It’s my second favorite. Turtle wax seal & shine is hard to beat. Using that the snow literally slides right off my truck.

I like how you complement meguiars but I used a few different sealers and I must say yours are very very good and when I dllluted it and use it as a detailed omg seems like nothing sticks washing the vehicle is a breeze I detail on the side I’m not into posting videos yet but all I can say is your products are amazing and because of you and auto fanatic these other companies had to step up their game even though you won’t admit it lol
I like these videos AND I like your solo videos, so just do what you do and I will keep watching and learning. Unfortunately, the cars I presently own are crap so washing them with a Brillo pad would be an upgrade. But, your videos are still very interesting to me. Thanks!!!

I don't need to know how smart you are like some youtube detailers do. Having Alex in the videos is a great idea. I love how she ask all of the dumb questions, I'm not calling her dumb. Scott, was just watching another channel and they informed the viewers that Maguire's Ultimate Fast Finish was being discontinued by Maguire's. Can you advise on any futher information about this? Any comments would be appreciated.

I don't work for them but what I'm hearing is that they are just selling through Amazon and some limited resellers.
Perhaps since it's a aerosol most who walk by it in Walmart or a part store may have been confused how it worked so it was easier for meguiars to market the product through other outlets.
Meguiars doesn't really talk about fast finish that much on their own RUclips channel.

Scott you are THE MAN. Probably a bad time on many levels to request advice on getting a HORRIFIC heavy perfume smell out of a 2008 F150 cloth interior, XL without carpet. Used a product called "Pro Smoke" (remover) thought I had it. Shit came back . . . arghhh. Now smells kinda like somebody took a crap in the truck : ( Plus, the Pro Smoke turned my air vents whitish. I'm so screwed?

I love the no nonsense attitude and the honesty, and that you ramble on sometimes like this comment. Thank you for all the tips, product and tool reviews and some comedy to go with it. Hey Scott. Meguiars ultimate fast finish vs turtle wax hybrid ceramic spray coating ? Trying to simplify and finally use that porter cable da polisher I bought like 20 years ago and still just sits in the box unused. Lol just keep doing it by hand and I keep putting off using it. Wash with foam cannon, clay with nano auto scrub towel, thinking meguiars paint reconditioning (like the cost ) and that I could use it with a medium cut pad and the idea that I change to a polishing pad to enhance shine and gloss. Could I spray either meguiars ultimate finish or turtle wax ceramic spray as last step over the meguiars paint reconditioning cream ? Was thinking of going with chemical guys hex logic pads and see you using them but saw bad reviews online and thinking it’s from people who don’t know what they are doing like me. Lol. Do I have to spray a conditioner on the pads before applying product to open the pads pores ? And can I do the whole car with same pad or do I have to clean them after doing each section ? Lots more questions but I’ll stop there for now.

I use FF and haven't really had a desire to make the move to ceramic. I picked up a bottle of Mothers CMX for half price at a Pep Boys going out of biz store to test, but I also picked up 3 pkgs of FF! I can do my car with FF in 6-8 minutes; my wife's SUV in 10-12; a truck in 15. Why would i use anything else? The shine is great, the protection is great, and the slickness is fantastic.

I'm sold on Turtle Wax Black Ice Detail spray, unbelievable pop on my Tuxedo Black SHO. I've never looked back for maintenance between detailings. Use the SIO2 as a detailing spray on my wife's (non dark paint) caddy.
