- Today I’m going to recommend you make this easy, chilly, healthy delicious recipe called miyeok-muchim or Korean sweet & sour seaweed salad. I don’t make this dish all the time, but on hot summer days I especially crave it!

Hello Mam. I tried making this but it’s too hard and it’s super rubbery. The product I bought is called Ottogi Sea Tangle. Maybe I bought the wrong one?

Don't be mistaken. Korean food is nice but most are extremely salty and can kill over the long term.
@@buttlebe Most of korean cuisine is based in soups which are rather mild. like seolleongtang and such. or sweet and spicy. the only “extremely salty” authentic korean foods i can think of are anything doenjang-based.

My mom loves miyeok so much. She makes miyeok soup every time she can although we’re all fed up with eating that meal 😂 That’s why we always have soaked up miyeok in our refrigerator.
I just made miyeok salad follow your recipe and IT’S REALLY TASTY. Actually, I ate it right away after mixing (I couldn’t wait for 30 mins to chill it on the fridge)

I would like to point out to the translator that the correct word for the verb "to blanch" is "sbianchire" instead of "imbianchire"
@@YangnyeomTongdak to blanch is "sbollentare" in Italian, "sbianchire" is not even grammatically correct (should be sbiancare, but that refers to a colour)
