    Hey Rebecca! I'd love more workouts on the floor. I've got a bad ankle and anytime it flares up, I'm limited to only a few workouts on your calendar. The more I can chose from, the better I can stay fit, even if my foot ist giving me a bad time. :-)

    I love the way you create workouts and I don't mean just exercises but also that you're talking so it's much easier for us not to feel if it's hard to do😊 And your shape is amazing!! Not too muscular like a "typical fitness girl" but still healthy looking and toned❤

    Did a workout after more than two weeks when I have been ill in the first week of my new job with some stomach illness to go. My arms are dying. My legs are dying. Modified some exercises. So great I got through. Sadly is the light band always rolling up when I put it up higher around my legs. So wanted to use it as with the middle one I am dying. But because of this I kept using the middle one.

      That's right Verena - the heavier the better! I know it's so common that the lightest rolls up - you're not alone!! But I am sooo proud of you fo raising your game! Take my post-workout shake to prevent soreness tomorrow! 😍💪

      @@Rebeccalouisefitness can we do anything to prevent the rolling up Rebecca? Although I am dying on the day I do a workout I am good the other days. Going to keep my body relaxed tomorrow with a trip to a lake nearby the place I live and some swimming maybe.

      Rebecca-Louise I did use the bands ! And I don’t know what this move is called but when your on all four and your pulsing with the bands. Oh my goodness that was tough! But I really enjoyed it ! 💕💪🏼

    Hey Rebecca... when im doing planks, my arms get burning, more than my abs. I feel like it's an arm workout. Any ideas why this is?

      hey Paola! You will feel less sore when your arms become stronger. Plank engages all muscles in your body so that means its working well!
