    So excited to find you again, Rebecca. I felt THE BURN!! I'll be doing ALL your workouts in the coming months! I'm 62 and have lost 30 lbs and kept them off for 5 years now. 126 lbs now. I'm the WORKOUT GRANNY!

      It’s probally mostly due to your diet I’m not gonna lie what she’s doing is not even that effective it just moves you, if you increase the weight and intensity it will allow for more weight loss with your healthy diet

    Among the many RUclipsrs instructing home workouts, I can confidently say that Rebecca is the best. If you diligently follow her workout routines, you will notice the significant effort she puts into designing her programs. Her workouts aim to target as many muscle groups as possible. Even if I occasionally divert away from her routines for a while, I always come back to them because I miss the value that her workouts provide.

    These save a lot of money and space for your home gym. They are build very well. Changing the weight is incredibly easy, there's no wrestling around with the dials; they just spin with ease.Reracking them and pulling them off the platform is nice and fluid. Would definitely recommend these to anyone putting together a home gym.

    This was an awesome workout, I loved that you were not repetitive and kept changing from one form to another. Did weights training after a long time and this was fun.

    You've been my lockdown gilr!! Ive completed this for nine months now since March!! Over two hundred and fifty times so although I'll keep up gym membership (seems to be closed quite a bit!) this is just the best replacement. Thank you, Rebecca-Louise..as Ive said before you're totally rad!!!

      @@EllinooraAlexandraCamilla Since the start of March lockdown Ive lost 12lbs. Ive gone from from hanger size 14 to a 12....thats a great accomplishment for me! Just like Rebecca Louise says I started getting it right in the kitchen too! Good luck!! :D

    Tried this workout for first time - LOVED IT!! Used to go on Gymra - but
    found all the HIIT too intense and boring.... so glad I have found you, wonderful workout to complement my yoga on other days as well :)

    This killed me.. and she did it so effortless!! 😭 how many times a week should I do this to see results? Goal is to lose 40 pounds this year, I’m currently 180, I’ve officially been in a calorie deficit for a week.

      Honestly, the whole workout was great! But I did enjoy the legs and ab portions. Definitely felt the burn. But it's such an effective workout. And you do SUCH a great job motivating your viewers to push through it which I love!! Thanks again!

    I forgot to do the warm up but I hope that okay but I just feel like because I haven't worked out in awhile my muscles aren't as strong as they used to and I can't go to the gym because I'm 14 so yeah and what do you think is the best kg on dumbbells for a 14 year old girl

    is this considered more of a strenght training segment Rebecca? I am aksing because I am a beginner and do not want to hurt myself. I am also doing the miracle miles from Leslie Sansone (mile 3) but I feel it lacks strenght training. Will this video help with complementing my walking program?

    Love this workout! I really like 10 minutes workouts and then I do a few of them (depends on the time I have). And I finally stopped doing xhit 9 execises for flat stomach. I would love to see something similar here - short but super sweet and awesome
