I do this every night before bed/post dinner and this feels like a great stretch plus tone workout!! I’m noticing a difference in my body already.
Lucy, good morning and thank you for another great video workout. Just completed this at 6:30 am prior to heading to work - your videos help me be successful with consistent and safe exercise. I like the wide variety of options and often find myself doing one of the 7 minute workouts as I ‘find’ the time so easily. Best wishes!

Loved the calf raises at the end - would love to see more calf and shin toning exercises! I have a condition that causes me to faint partly because of low blood pressure, and strengthening the leg muscles can help with blood circulation in the long run.

Do you have any exercises for pregnant women which are safe for them to do daily during their first, second and third trimesters?
I exercised every day till giving birth and felt incredibly well, strong and energetic. I did all of Lucy's normal videos, but skipped some exercises that I felt couldn't/shouldn't do, especially towards the end. I also walked as much as I could and tried to eat healthier. My body was toned, I felt great and managed to lose some weight, while of course eating enough.

@pratibha5427 Normal as in not special ones for pregnancy 🙂 I usually follow the playlists that Lucy makes for the current week. The great thing was that I was getting stronger and could do the exercises better as time went by. I started the pregnancy a bit overweight and I knew it would be harder to get through it without changing something. I love Lucy's videos anyway, but didn't do them regularly before. Now I started again after the C-section and it's amazing how good it feels and how quickly the toned muscles are coming back 🙂

Plz make video of 30 min. From start Streching, upper body, lower body , tone body and end streching. Then it's easy to play only one video and start exercise.
