My co ordination is pooh so , as I cant do the last move due to cartilage issues in my knees, I persisted with move 11 to try and get it right. I'm on week 4 all low impact due to the cartilage thing...but it feels so much better. To get up early and do this before I start my day. At 59 years old I have finally found exercise I actually want to do and can do! Thank you Lucy!

My body control and overall posture improved during your "Get back to exercise"-challenge, although I needed a bit more time than just 4 weeks (when I did the 12 minute workout, I just couldn't do it - I felt exhausted - so I went back to doing a week of 8 minutes, and then 10). Because of EDS, I often have issues with joint stability. Started doing your knee strengthening exercises lately. Would like to see a similar workout for ankles! And maybe some exercises to reduce tension and pain in the neck.

Fun workout, Lucy! When exercising the low-impact version more slowly than your pace, I feel more stretch and it also requires more strength. So, I think more toning occurs.

But now i can continue and do the October challenge as well. Your shoulder exercises was a big help for me. Now i can exercise again. Hey Lucy Does it really burn fat ?? I am not able to burn stuck thick fat from my abdomen. I mostly eat healthy and walk 10,000 plus steps daily & I also workout.
