Oh this was yet another great workout! I am 70 with torn meniscus in both knees (no surgery-healed it naturally with core exercises) and I so appreciate the low impact versions. And Princess made me smile and chuckle, she is adorable! Such good energy!!! Thank you Lucy!!!!
A recent convert to your workouts, I love that you include a warm up and cool down, you don't have to fumble around to find these on another video. Also the fact that these can be done in a really small space, and you never waver from that, it's brilliant. I started with the really short ones and have now progressed to the 15-20 minute ones, mixing up high and low impact and hopefully will be able to do high impact all the way through soon. These are great and really make you want to continue and improve, because they are achievable, for everyone. Thank you.

I was not sure I could do this 20 minutes at once but decided to try and break up the workout if needed. I was happy I was able to do the whole workout - prior to heading off to work early in the morning! . this was a great workout and I felt proud that I did the whole thing with your expert guidance. Wonderful workout--my energy is really flowing after this! I did a mix of the high and low moves (can't do too much jumping) and it was perfect. Love seeing your kitty at the end, so cute how she was lifting her paw like she was saying, "Mom, is this how you do it?" 😺

Normally I would do the harder version but I twisted my ankle on Sunday and could not face exercise for 2 days!! so as I am doing the February challenge I had to do days 6 and 7 on the 8th day, I will do the 8th later today. So, I went between hard and easy versions and had a great workout. Loved the cat stretches

This workout was amazing! I’m overweight with a knee problem, but love workouts and fitness. It was so great to choose between the two workout, some I could say YES I can to this high impact one, and some my knee said ‘not today for that one’. Looking forward to many many repeats working towards doing all the high impact ones. In time when it feel safe. Also… my knee problem is caused by tight hamstrings and calves, would you be able to do a 5 minute strengthen and lengthen for the backs of the legs? I would love to do it daily to really get it working better.

This feels so good! Can you add a hip flexors stretch at the end too? I was feeling them a lot at the end of this workout.
