This is just what I needed. I have been doing your workouts for over a year now. However I stopped doing any exercise about 2-3months ago. 1 I was ill so didn't have any energy to move much but also my dog died and it broke me. Then I felt like I had kind of lost my way with exercise but this is brilliant because its intense but isn't harsh and it great to start building up my strength again. Thank you ❤️❤️

I absolutely agree with you about Lucy's workouts. I had covid 2 months ago and have been gradually building up to exercise again, starting with short walks and stretching.
I love the recent routines Lucy’s made because they include short bursts and feel so doable.

@@tp2387 thank you so much ❤️ I'm glad your recovering well and hope you don't have any continued side effects. Yes I built it up slowly once before and then I was doing long tough workouts. I'm sure I can do it again. It's the motivation to keep going again but will get there. I love her new workouts too. The 30second intervals make the workout fly by and not feel to much. Peri menopause 😩. I’m there too. These are the kind of workouts we need in this season of life. It took me a long time to realize the “hard core” workouts were making matters worse. So thankful for indoor walking workouts

Haven’t been doing so many Lucy workouts for a while as I’ve been doing lots of outdoor walking and swimming. However, wanted to get back into a routine of Lucy exercises and this was great. Love low impact but the intensity is great. Really got my ❤️ pumping and me all 🥵. The 12 minutes absolutely flew by. 👏🏻 Loved it.

This is a great workout, really makes my heart rate go up. Always feel happy but exhausted afterwards, and I can see that my fitness is improving as it's gets a bit easier each time. Thankyou Lucy x

I agree with the comments that although this is not high impact it is high intensity and i had to rest afterwards 😂😂. Hi Lucy, this is my new favorite workout. I like between 7 and 15 mins and this is perfect as every move is for 30 secs and NO Jumping so it doesn’t get too much at all. It flies by as you say, haha I loved it and thank you so much for another great experience.

Oh, I like this one very much! At 68 with dodgy knees, low impact but high intensity is just what I want. And the length is perfect, I can add on a favorite 7 minute workout.

I would love some fun mini exercises that I could do whilst standing around. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and often wonder what else I could do whilst stirring dinner rather than just standing. That would be perfect! 👌🏻♥️
