Yes I do that a lot when I'm not filming! I definitely recommend adding weight if you can, but I like to make sure the work outs are accessible to people with out gym equipment too! :]

My doctor said it was okay for me to exercise while i am sick just don't over do it and don't work out in a gym where i can get others sick. I say just listen to your body and don't over exert yourself while sick since you need rest to get better!
