    I know what I will do tomorrow morning :-) I put all your workouts in groups: cardio, total body, abs, bum, legs, thighs, yoga etc. and every morning I do about 40 mins. Tomorrow I will start with this :-)

    Thank you for these 15 min workouts! They're easy to fit into any schedule and I find myself coming back to do them over and over. First time I've been able to regularly exercise for more than a month so thanks, must be your energy. ❤️
    Also, my dogs are very confused whenever I lay down to do the abs, one of them keeps bringing me the ball or licking my elbow, it's very cute. 😂

    I wanna excersice with this one and this video is for 5 years ago and hooooow proud i am that i have been following her for a loooong time i remember a day that i was rejected by my crush and i was so devastated for 3 days i couldnt get out of bed but i just played one of her video and started exercising and it just made me overcome that hard situation.And i remember another day when one of my piano teacher told me im not good enough for the level i am and he made fun of me and i was soooo sadddddd and again i turned to following and doing her excersice.I really wish she knows how helpful she has been through all these years in my life.I really appreciate your energy and hardworking and rebecca YOU ARE LOVED AND APPRECIATED KEEP GOINGGGGGG❤-HASTI

    Oh my god , I watched the vid in the morning and I thought yeah it doesn't look hard I'll try it later in the day . I'm sweating so much but I'm glad I've finished it , I haven't worked out in 2months and I'm not as fit as I used to so I'll get back to working out with you rebecca , and those new lunges , I couldn't do them right , balancing problems .

      Yes I do that a lot when I'm not filming! I definitely recommend adding weight if you can, but I like to make sure the work outs are accessible to people with out gym equipment too! :]

      Rebecca-Louise which I also appreciate. Because there has been times when I couldn't get to the gym. Plus it's great if you're on vacation or out in nature, you could pull one up and do it anywhere. So both ways are great.

      Rebecca-Louise one of my favorite exercises from your workout is the courtesy lunges it is so different but feels like if it's going to be so effective lifting the arms and lifting the leg I love it thank you for that exercise butt I do love the whole video can't wait to do it again

      It's so different for everyone! Someone with more muscle may burn more than someone with less. Just keep up the good work and exersize every day!

      I have been working on your routines for about 3 weeks now and you are the best instructor on RUclips! I love the way you present, how you can talk non stop plus working out and you make it so inspiring and interesting. They are intense good workouts but not too long which makes it achievable. I’m getting quite addicted to your sessions plus I ride the watt bike and treadmill at home plus my pool! Total workout at home. Far easier than wasting time going to the gym.       My doctor said it was okay for me to exercise while i am sick just don't over do it and don't work out in a gym where i can get others sick. I say just listen to your body and don't over exert yourself while sick since you need rest to get better!

    I'm so unfit :') Great workout, I really am lying in a pool of my own sweat! If I could make any more improvments, the squatting at the start was too long so my body lost interest >.< all the rest was great though!

    I'm doing this since 1 week & I loose 1& half inches of my stomach, my calves are also slimming. ... 😀 yayyy 🙆

    That workout was super! I wish you could do more warm-up videos like 15-10 minutes long :)

    I gained a lot of weight, around 75 kg, and now my goal is to burn 2500 calories a day and eat healthy ❤️ this workout was so easy for me 2 years ago, but I'm determined to get back to being healthy and happy again ❤️
