I'm in college right now and i'm trying to change my habits when it comes to dealing with stress, I used to stress eat a lot or just become a hermit and laze around which made me tired and unmotivated. Now i'm trying to take breaks from studying with quick workouts! It's been a few weeks and it's so effective because when I step away from my work and complete a hard workout I feel so accomplished, energized, refreshed, and ready to get back to work. I haven't noticed any physical changes yet (again it's only been a few weeks) but I feel mentally stable and I feel great on the inside which is what counts. I challenge anyone to try to stress-exercise !
I have 2 kids and I just got out of a very toxic relationship with their father, I’m taking control of my life and working hard to give myself the body I deserve, I definitely felt the burn with this one and I’m excited to do more workouts like this, thank you. Your cheerleading definitely helped keep me going, it was a tough workout for me.

It was really difficult for me at the beginning, but now it’s very easy. I saw the results after 3-4 weeks of everyday workout. Well I’m thin person, but I lost 2 cm from my waist. I’m keep doing this exercise, because it’s the best workout I’ve ever done. You should try it! I promise you won’t regret it!
I love it how energetic you are! And this was a great workout, got to feel the burn! And I think it's so nice how you reply to so many comments, many youtubers won't bother doing it. Your attitude is the best! :D I have to say, your videos (on Xhit) were the ones that got me to my fitness journey. Then I started doind some other stuff (to gain more muscle etc.) but recently I just got so bored at those and got to a situation where I couldn't train with heavy weights for a while so I ended up doing your videos again. And now I realize what a shame it was how big of a break I had of them. Though I like discovering new stuff. But I suppose you always come back to the things that do work and which you find the most fun, right? Anyways, forever grateful for these. Follow along vids are so much easier and exciting. Also another bonus in your exercises is that they don't require that much space. I was surprised by the fact that they can be performed in a hotel room as well. Okay, I ended up writing a bit much.

I’m going to do it everyday for a month and keep you updated: Day one: It was really hard but I did everything, my abs are on FIRE Day 2 and 3: It’s getting a little bit easier but I’m not going to give up, i will mesure my waistline next week

Red FrenchHorn your lower back should always be completely on the ground (press your stomach inwards) (for those workouts) when u do this if feels like your using your back and spin muscles instead of Using the coxetic (Im not sure if that's the correct spelling but it's the butt bone) bone , I tried it and I feel a big difference.
Rebecca-Louise as a personal trainer - this is the most unuseful answer.. I hate leaving comments like this but you're a specialist. And this is someone's body - which you could make susceptible to injury. It's so important to be a lot more careful about what you're telling people to do.. I mean if not what else are you doing it for... 🤷♀️

I love you Rebeccaaa! I've been doing ur workout for like 4 months, it was so hard at first. Many time I couldn't keep up with your pace. Then, I quit my sugar and gluten intake for good since 3 weeks ago, and I feel I have more energy and lighter feeling. People started to say I look slimmer in waist and chin now. I can do two exercise videos everyday, feels so great afterwards. I just purchased 3 kilos dumbell set and will start using them tomorrow. Hopefully my arms will be slimmer soon, too.
Will do! Feel so good about myself. I can fit in many clothes, it was so hard to purchase my size before. My knee pain is gone as well. I sleep better, and I have more energy dealing with my toddler.

My only exercise has been swimming 2 miles a day every day, summer or winter in an outdoor pool. That is my only exercise routine. Never thought I'd change. Thanksgiving Day, I thought I'd try a different workout as I am recovering from a nasty cold. It is so convenient! Roll out of my bed at 5:30am and do 3 of your workouts. I feel great! Only discovered this earlier this week, and I must say this really does make me work! I'm middle aged and have lost my youthful slim figure and have a tendency towards back ache. Two good reasons to really strengthen my core. I am not fat, but as you age your waist does thicken and you also lose tone. Trying now to get that tone back :) Thank you for posting this x

Obliques yes help with a tiny waist. As well as the Transvere Abdominal muscle. Which is the "corset" of the abdominal muscles. ⭐Working the obliques TOO often will form a more box type look. ⭐Most likely depends on the body type as well. ⭐Work the Transverse Abdominal muscle & one will have a tiny waist ✨❤✨ ❤Thank you for your videos! I am not a fitness trainer but I do work with muscles for my profession...to answer your question it depends on your body. But if you are focusing on doing an ab workout do 1 or 2 exercises that target obliques but MAINLY focus on your transverse abdominis (corset muscle). If you have a more boxy body then focus on your deltoids. Sounds weird right? This creates an illusion that you've got a curvy body because it makes your upper body "bigger" & make your waist look smaller. Cheers! 😁

yeah many of those exercises are deemed as unhealthy for spine :( im tryint to find some workout vid without crunches or twist:(

I literally just did this work out , i can feel that burn , im gonna do this every day for a week including dieting but i do work out 2 hours every day and i just added this on today , ill keep u guys updated xd
Update i woke up and my abbs are burning , some how my waist looks smaller in 1 day im so excited too do this every day , my waist is 27 inchs my goal is 26 or 25 inches . Ill keep updating xo

My only exercise has been swimming 2 miles a day every day, summer or winter in an outdoor pool. That is my only exercise routine. Never thought I'd change. Thanksgiving Day, I thought I'd try a different workout as I am recovering from a nasty cold. It is so convenient! Roll out of my bed at 5:30am and do 3 of your workouts. I feel great! Only discovered this earlier this week, and I must say this really does make me work! I'm middle aged and have lost my youthful slim figure and have a tendency towards back ache. Two good reasons to really strengthen my core. I am not fat, but as you age your waist does thicken and you also lose tone. Trying now to get that tone back :) Thank you for posting this x

Obliques yes help with a tiny waist. As well as the Transvere Abdominal muscle. Which is the "corset" of the abdominal muscles.
⭐Working the obliques TOO often will form a more box type look.
⭐Most likely depends on the body type as well.
⭐Work the Transverse Abdominal muscle & one will have a tiny waist ✨❤✨

Hi there! I am not a fitness trainer but I do work with muscles for my profession...to answer your question it depends on your body. But if you are focusing on doing an ab workout do 1 or 2 exercises that target obliques but MAINLY focus on your transverse abdominis (corset muscle).
If you have a more boxy body then focus on your deltoids. Sounds weird right? This creates an illusion that you've got a curvy body because it makes your upper body "bigger" & make your waist look smaller.

Rebbeca, you are goddess of exercise. Before 7 years I worked your full body workout and lose 10 pounds for just a 30-40 days.. Now Im working again but with this slim waist and one for lift tone and butt, and I feel so powerful. I am on start - work only five days. I've watched a lot of others and you're the best in my opinion, they're 1 (1-10) against you 10. Thank you very much!
