Hi Rebecca! I've been working out with your videos for nearly a year now and the results are amazing! I will be 50 at the end of this year and have never had a defined stomach like now. Neve before have I been so comfortable wearing a bikini like this summer. Your 10 min workout vids for abs, arms, legs, bum made miracles for me. Thank you for that and keep the videos coming!

+JuicyJuice1313 Hi! Thanks for your support! I had my two children after the age of 35 and never had the time/stamina to workout, work outside the house and look after my family... As I reached my 40s, my stomach, arms and legs were very out of shape. To answer your question on my routine, I chose to do one of Rebecca's abs videos every day (since this has been my weakest part) and alternate with one day of leg/bum or thigh exercise, and one day of arms with weights. So, I workout on average 20 mins a day. If I've got more time, I will do about half an hour working on all three (abs, arms, legs). I do very little cardio and once in a while on a weekend I go for a 15/20 min run. So many women have already asked me what is it that I do to be in shape, that I'm convinced that Rebecca's system does work if you put a bit of effort. I have passed her vids and web site to so many people! Good luck with your workout plan!

I saw your workouts on XHIT and I am a fan of them really - even though I do some fitness/sports throughout the week quite a lot (around 4h a week of a straight and pure training and a lot of walking with a bit heavy backpack throughout the day) I am still feeling the parts I need to do more. Thanks for that knowledge and of course a great break during a movie. I love working out with you, you are such a positive trainer that even when it burns I am willing to stay there.

Hey Shanelle! The results are at the end of the workout, right? 80% of your results is down to what you eat so my best advice would be get your nutrition habits sorted. How close are you to your goal with what you are eating daily?

I’ve tried most of your ab workouts and I have trouble keeping my back on the ground and have 0 leg strength so struggle so much with keeping tension in my abs in some of the other videos and FINALLY I found this one where I can really concentrate on my form and girl my abs are ON FIRE. So grateful for your videos!

Yes! I did! It’s been helping me with alternative ab moves since I can have a delicate neck at times and I’ve had 3 c-sections( keeping everything everything varied as I have my muscles separate a bit still). Thank you! Went whole foods, plant based, organic, and no meat 1 year ago and I lost 25 of the pounds in the 6 months before I started working out even! The last 5 pounds have been since starting working out again in Feb. of this year( I was an athlete in high school). I have three kids( 3 c-sections) and your ab workouts are 👌🏽.

Hi rebecca you really make workouts attractive! my favourite trainer ever! by the way I have a little problem when doing this workout. When I lie back and try to lift my legs over, I just can't help arching my back (yep just like a bridge and I fail to keep it flat on the ground). does it show that my abs are not well-trained enough? thx!! :-)
