I've tested chloe ting's abs challenge, and honestly your workout and your motivation during the workout videos are far more better for me. It makes my abs crying lol , love you keep going 💓💓💓
I did this exercise for about a month and half, I did this after a 20/40 minutes cardio depending on the day. I did it 5 or 6 days a week, now I can see the results, I got rid of most of the muffin top now, very leased with the results, can wear my skinny jeans now.

I started back working out only a few weeks now after not doing anything for a couple years because I’d developed a lot of joint pain. Your routines are very doable despite the pain, and I’m planning to stick with regular exercise from now on. So thank you so much again!!

I was 62 after 2 years of exercises and my diet plan control. Right now, i am gaining more wieght (74kg) for more healthy and I still follow you.
