    I've tested chloe ting's abs challenge, and honestly your workout and your motivation during the workout videos are far more better for me.
    It makes my abs crying lol , love you keep going 💓💓💓

    I did this exercise for about a month and half, I did this after a 20/40 minutes cardio depending on the day. I did it 5 or 6 days a week, now I can see the results, I got rid of most of the muffin top now, very leased with the results, can wear my skinny jeans now.

    This is one of my favourite lower ab workouts. I can always feel the targeted lower abs aching afterwards and I notice the most results with this workout 💪❤️

    This is my favorite abs workout. Been doing it 2 weeks consistently combined with Pilates and seeing differences already 😊 Thanks Rebeca, one of my favorite trainers on YT 🎉

    1! Abs are my favorite so I work them often. Consequently, I need some new and challenging exercises to actually FEEL THE BURN. This video definitely targeted my lower abs. Loved it!

      @@Rebeccalouisefitness So far, I would definitely say this one. My abs were on fire!! I started back working out only a few weeks now after not doing anything for a couple years because I’d developed a lot of joint pain. Your routines are very doable despite the pain, and I’m planning to stick with regular exercise from now on. So thank you so much again!!

    I would like to thank you that you’ve change my life!! I used to wiegh 93-kg 5 years ago. Then, I found your video at the old channel (xhit) so I have followed your exercise program. I was 62 after 2 years of exercises and my diet plan control. Right now, i am gaining more wieght (74kg) for more healthy and I still follow you.     Fantastic series of videos. Do you think that someone who is 8 wks postpartum could do all (or some of them with the variations even) to recover from diastasis recti? Many thanks.
    Edit: I know things like the crunches and the planks aren't good for that but the others?
