Just completed four of your ab videos back to back ❤ been doing your workouts since 2014, for 10 YEARS❤❤❤🎉🎉😁😁😁😁 through my 20s and now into my 31st year, I Know my Rebecca Louise abs are under this layer of fat!!!!!😅😅 just chiseling away!!!!
Variation (if you hate doing bicycle crunches or it's too hard to lift your head with hand behind) for: 1:38- crunch hands up to knees with legs still bent to side 3:56- lay back on your elbows with hands flat on the mat and upper back off the floor and alternate legs. Really squeeze your knee into your chest and straighten opposite leg. Hold for 5 seconds each. Suck abs in. 10:12- knees bent 90 degrees and reach hand to opposite knee(so right hand to side of left knee)
I LOVE this workout! I have flabby sides that are harder than ever to get rid of since I turned 49 and now I’m going to be 51 in January. Yuck! LOL! I’m determined to stay fit and healthy! For everyone else, NEVER EVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF! Thank you Rebecca! You are so appreciated!
I noticed a new muscle today in my abs that I didn’t know I had. It’s coming out because I’ve been doing these workouts for a month straight thanks Rebecca!!!!!!

Hey Rebecca Louise.Can you please make a vid for postpartum Moms.My stomach muscles have separated.Doesnt matter what abs exercises I do nothing works.Help me get rid of my mummy belly,very self conscious about it.By the way love the vids and motivation.
@@Rebeccalouisefitness yes I do but I can see effects only on my waist but lower belly nothing really because I have loose skin from my 3 pregnancies. Also I can't really get my lower back straight on the floor,there's always a curve when I try to do your ab exercises.Any tips, thanks.
IF I DO 10 MIN OF AB AND 10 MIN OF CARDIO EVERY DAY PLUS SWIM FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF 4 DAYS A WEEK, CAN I GET A FLAT STOMACH IF I DO THIS FOR 6 MONTHS?
