eat fruit before you have a soda, you will find you no longer want the soda, but just don't tell yourself that is the reason you must have fruit first! its a good trick:]

These are awesome Rebecca! I’ve been doing your new video’s every day you post them and have been living a gluten dairy free diet for years due to allergies. A couple questions, I already eat healthy and hardly have sugar, soda, by doing these videos what is the average time to start seeing results? What if I’m doing these workouts and challenging myself but I am not sore the next day? This is such a great workout and it does help abs a lot! But i have trouble with leg lifts because my hip pops all the time and it does not feel right and i'm afraid it may hurt if i continue.

Hey Rebecca! I'm a big fan of your workouts, but I find it hard to understand what kind of muscles should I train to make my posture better. I tend to crouch a bit and it's super annoying. I would love for you to make a routine that has a focus on getting nice straight posture and supporting spine.
I got a bit frustrated because my back kept lifting off of the ground and I was pushing my back into the ground because the belly button thing wasn’t working. I also tried the towel thing but I think I can’t comprehend what that means. Could you help me?

Put lemon and orange slices into your water and some fresh mint leaves. This helped me a lot because the water doesn't taste boring anymore :)
