    Been doing abs , lower abs , arm, hip dips, butt and chest and back workouts and all i can say Rebecca’s workouts are all working😍. Eating healthy food are the most important (like Rebecca said) if you want to achieve the body that you want. I already doing your workouts for year and it’s really awesome.I’m changing my lower abs workout for this. Thank you so much Rebecca😍

    My abdomen is on 🔥! Trying different workouts. Some are very hard but I do the modified. I am 66. Slow and it helps. That tee shirt or towel trick really helps as well. Now on to the cool down and yes I did the warm up..love you Rebecca!🔥😘

    Thank you for this workout Rebecca. It is greatly needed for me because I have been a rebellious child and drinking soda when I shouldn't have. Now I am working hard to get my abs back. What would you (or anyone) recommend as way to stay away from things like that?

      eat fruit before you have a soda, you will find you no longer want the soda, but just don't tell yourself that is the reason you must have fruit first! its a good trick:]

      Put lemon and orange slices into your water and some fresh mint leaves. This helped me a lot because the water doesn't taste boring anymore :)

    I am a regular of your washboard abs so I tried this one for a change.Gosh the last 3 min were hard! This tells me how many little hidden muscle are still weak despite regular abs exercice. Thanks for waking those up.

    This workout really works.
    I've only tried it twice but my belly has been toned and i can see the difference clearly.

    These are awesome Rebecca! I’ve been doing your new video’s every day you post them and have been living a gluten dairy free diet for years due to allergies. A couple questions, I already eat healthy and hardly have sugar, soda, by doing these videos what is the average time to start seeing results? What if I’m doing these workouts and challenging myself but I am not sore the next day? Also, I heard once that working out the same part of the body every day doesn’t do as much as changing it up, thoughts?

    This is such a great workout and it does help abs a lot! But i have trouble with leg lifts because my hip pops all the time and it does not feel right and i'm afraid it may hurt if i continue.

    Hey Rebecca! I'm a big fan of your workouts, but I find it hard to understand what kind of muscles should I train to make my posture better. I tend to crouch a bit and it's super annoying. I would love for you to make a routine that has a focus on getting nice straight posture and supporting spine.

    I got a bit frustrated because my back kept lifting off of the ground and I was pushing my back into the ground because the belly button thing wasn’t working. I also tried the towel thing but I think I can’t comprehend what that means. Could you help me?
