Rebecca-Louise thanks for replying. I wanted to say that your videos saved my life. After almost 3 months of continuous exercise, I lost weight and I lost a lot of tummy fat. Everyone is saying to me that oh my god you lose weight. I only watch your videos, and they are amazing. In starting, I was not able to do workout along with you so I had to pause video to take a breath, but now I have got that stamina and I do workout with you without pausing the video. Now, whenever I look at my tummy, it gives me motivation. First, I always do 9 move to get flat stomach exercise and then this one. Its been six days that I stopped eating anything that contain sugar, oil, and rice. I have a request can you please make a video of arm workout without any equipment.

Good morning, turns out I needed the radiation treatments. I've been going for a week now I still have 4 weeks to go. The Dr told me that since I had cancer I will have to be checked frequently to make sure it hasn't come back. I am going to try to get back into my exercise routine, hopefully I'll be able to do it. It's been six weeks since my hysterectomy.

Been following her videos for two years. I like her upbeat personality and her interaction with everyone in the comments. I liked the results I was getting. What has helped me is combination of videos she did from when she was on XHIT daily (9 exercises for a flat tummy and get legs like Jennifer Lawrence) and videos from this channel. I like her ab videos, losing the muffin top, cardio videos, and slim thigh videos.
I’m going to be doing this workout as well as her upper abs and oblique workout ASWELL as her side ab shred workout. I will be uploading for a week because I have a pool party next Saturday on the 20th, and some very attractive people are goin.. Okay I’m typing this before I workout so I willl update when I’m done Day 1: I woke up this morning (keep in mind I’m on my cycle) and I lifted up my sweatshirt because I was debating whether I should go to this event tonight while wearing a crop top because I would be too bloated. WELL I thought so very wrong I lifted up my shirt and my abs were so flat my waist was so sinched in and I just feel so very confident. Today I’m going to try and do the exact same effort I put in yesterday!! You got this fellow fitness ppl Day 2 &3 Today is day 3 but yesterday was a little easier than today. Also yesterday I went to a carnival type thing and had a corn dog & a Jamaican beef patty oops 😭 and today I was CRAVING carbs I don’t know why. But right now I’m going to hard on the workouts ! We got this AHH OK LAST UPDATE WAS ON Saturday of last week and it is now almost Saturday of this week was the pool party is tomorrow. Let me just say that this is probably the only workout where as time goes on it actually gets more challenging and more difficult (good). Like every day I’m dying more and more earlier and earlier in the workout I don’t know if it’s because my muscles are tired but my abs are definitely showing. Instead of her upper abs and obliques I paired this gem with Alexis Rena ab workout. Hourglass workout, This workout, and her tiny and slim waist workout. Let me just tell you that my abs have never looked better after just ONE WEEK!!

I'm new to your channel. And love how inspired and determined I have gotten by watching your workouts! My question is I would love to get to a nice toned fitness level, and I am fit as I walk and run on treadmill and I have been doing your arm workout and the Victoria secret butt workout, and I look decent but what is your advice with postpartum stomach workout? (Muscle wall separation). I want to be careful with it. I have heard certain things can make it worse. Would love your imput!
