    I'm gonna do this tonight. It's abs day 4 me.im really proud of my dedication to my fitness and nutrition especially considering my dad's in the hospital, having open heart surgery as I post this.

    Deadbugs are the equivalent of rub your tummy and pat your head (or vice versa) to me...LMAO. I am soo uncoordinated and my brain just wants to make my arms go the wrong way. I'll get it though. Determined! My abs are burning. Love it!

    It’s been 8 months since I’ve worked out! After giving birth I gave my body time to recover. Wow, my abs are not as strong as I remember!! Especially after being non active for so long

    Please lovely and powerful Rebecca -or someone who is reading this-, pleeease tell me that no matter how old you are, if you are consistent with this workout we will see results. I need to believe it because I want to have better abs and this workout it's not so easy for me. I have been doing it every day for 5 days. I will do it 5 times a week until I see results. February 5, 2023

    This is the 4th time I've done this workout. I have more endurance getting through it and am not as exhausted 2 minutes in. Because it seems easier now, am I doing something wrong or am I building up strength?
