I've been inspired to get back to working out after seeing a 30 day boxing class challenge on youtube and I thought your channel would be a great place to start! Hi, Rebecca what can I do to make legs and glutes equal in size my one side is heavier than other, earlier it was slight but this unevenness has become noticeable since I started working out.😑

Is it OK if I do three days a week for example leg and glutes exercises/arms and back exercises/anything else for 20-30 min and once a week HIIT?
