    in 2015 for the first time in my life I wanted to work on my body with videos on RUclips. The first video I saw was yours Rebecca! Then I kept on with your videos but decided in 2016 to try out workouts of other RUclipsrs. But everytime I come back to your videos but I‘m not exaggerating in saying that you are the only one (and I’ve tried out maaany workouts of others) that have the BEST workouts EVER: getting fast results (even after the workout I see and feel a difference!!), keep motivating us during the whole video (it‘s truly a talent keep speaking throughout the workout), giving us advices during, before, after the workout. Thank you for your effort you amaze me !!! ❤️

    I am having some gut health issues ... got some probiotics and vitamins natural this time .. gained 5 lbs but came back to my rebecca louise workouts !! Not quitting

    I don’t have a very good body, it’s very challenging for me, I still get upset and feel ashamed of my body. I wonder how many exercises should I do daily. I watch 3 videos 10 -15 minutes each, is it good for results? Or should I increase the exercise time. I think you are amazing Rebecca, and appreciate your encouraging videos. Hope to get a healthy and beautiful body one day 💪🏻congratulations.

    Why do my hip flexors hurt so much. My back is on the ground and I’ve tried putting my legs a bit higher to no avail!😞

      1963zinnia there’s no such thing as a workout that fattens you or makes you skinny, it’s the calorie intake. You eat too many calories
