I don’t have a very good body, it’s very challenging for me, I still get upset and feel ashamed of my body. I wonder how many exercises should I do daily. I watch 3 videos 10 -15 minutes each, is it good for results? Or should I increase the exercise time. I think you are amazing Rebecca, and appreciate your encouraging videos.
