    Doing this every day for a month! ☁️
    I am 13- severely insecure about my shape and my body fat!! So I decided to stop complaining and get a move!
    Day 1: The burn is REAL! I love feeling the burn because it shows that it’s working. My legs are getting stronger and I can tell this is going to work. See you tmmr!
    Sorry y’all i did do day two but I forgot to update!!!
    Day 3: I am loving the burn!! I am motivated!!
    Day 4: I can FEELLL THE BURNNN!! I can tell for sure this is totally working!!
    ( I won’t be here for Friday- Saturday because I am getting a shot and I will be sore)
    Day 5: Since I was gone my thighs aren’t used to it so it really burned this time but it’s 100% worth it!

    Day 3 - ✅ Definitely felt the burn, I cant see any change yet but I'm still trusting the process

      wait hold up, i don't feel the burn in my inner thigh i only feel the burn in my calves and lower legs...can you tell me abs this and like howwww many days it took for ur gap to open.

      @@kristalpresser9812 we all have different thighs and bodies so it might take longer to get a thigh gap for others :) I recommend doing this 2-3 times a day.

    Doing this as a 15 year old.
    Day 1: Felt the burn
    Day 2: felt the burn
    Day 3: Definitely felt the burn
    Day 4: Missed but walked 4 hours nonstop through 90° day
    Day 5: feel slight burn
    Day 6: Not that much burn
    Day 7: Done
    Day 8: Done

    These short form workouts are my saving grace right now! I’m in the middle of packing to move at the end of the week, so having quick workouts to do in between packing is so manageable! No excuses!

    If anyone is asking if this works It DOES. Within 3 days if this exercise I am seeing changes and I have a thigh gap now! Don’t give up!!
    Edit: sorry for not updating but it has reduced a lot of inner thigh fat for me.

    Generally, I love your workouts. I found this routine was better for the outer thigh and gluts as far as the 'burn' is concerned. :-)

    I'm gonna see what comes of doing this for 14 days!! I'll keep track here ^-^ My thighs are always touching.... they are in love with each other
    day 1: ✅ My right thigh ESPECIALLY burns... I'm not very good at this (very wobbly) but I enjoyed doing it with how short this is...
    day 2: ✅didn't wanna do it today since my mood was so down but honestly doing it made me feel a little better...! the motivational words honestly really help
    day 3: ✅ realized it might be best to do this when i wake up instead of before i go to bed...!
    day 4: ✅ helped wake me up......
    day 5: ✅ again, really good way to wake up!
    day 6: ✅ Still going strong....! ^q^
    day 7: ✅ one week down!!
    day 8: ✅
    day 9: ✅

    here’s how it’s going for me:
    day 1: done ☑️ FELT the burn
    day 2: done ☑️ burn wasn’t that bad compared to yesterday
    day 3: done ☑️ burn is getting less
    day 4: done ☑️ little bit of burn; getting easier each day. starting to get results!!!!
    day 5: done ☑️ no burn really but getting results!
    day 6: done ☑️ little burn

    doing this twice a day
    days 1: did it twice burned ALOT
    day 2: didn’t do it forgot too :(
    day 3: did it 4 times to make it up didn’t hurt as much my thighs are so big imma have to do this for a year to see a change 🥲
    day 4: did a kendall jenner diet today did this twice still no change but i did lose 2 pounds tho
    day 5:did it once :(

    First 3 Exercises I definitely wasn’t able to bring out the feel of the inner thigh but I felt the outer thigh 🌺

    day 1: ✅ (I felt the burn but definately no results!!)
    day 2: ✅ (Felt less burn but still no results)
    day 3: ✅ (I was less motivated today but I did it! Im getting more motivation!)
    day 4: ✅ (Im starting to see some results in my legs but no gap yet! I definately felt the burn this time lmao)
    day 5: ✅ (Less motivation and less burn because I kept giving up and stopping but I'm working on doing this twice a day!)
    day 6: ✅ (As I was working out I noticed a small gap, but when I stand I can't see it. But my legs have gotten skinner and I'm doing a separate workout for my stomach!!
    Also, should I skip weekend workouts?)
    day 7: ✅ (I felt less burn today, but i skipped a few days. When I was doing the standing exersize i noticed that my legs were mores spread out!!)
    day 8: ✅ (Now im sure of seeing results. Im also starting to see some improvement with my hip curve)
    day 9: ✅ (Three more days!! No burn today 👀👀)
    day 10: ✅ (Today I felt some burn since my muscles were sore but i'll finish thi week and check my results. If I want to see more progress i'll come back for another 2 weeks after I work on my waist!!!)
    day 11: ✅ (Felt alot of burn lol thats all I can say 😭)
    day 12: ✅ (Im on my period bruh but I did it anyway lol ima keep doing this)
    Week 3: ✅ (My thighs got slimmer but I'm going on vacation with my bsf for 3 days starting next thursday so ill take a break then)
    Update: definately seeing results but no gap👆

      you actually have to relax your inner thigh to do all but the bridges. I love Rebecca Louise workouts but as a physio I just don't listen to what bits are working. Just enjoy and get fit :)

    Your workout was great. I’m really feeling it so here’s a 5. I think it’s very engaging. I like how you were always talking so I wasn’t completely thinking about the burn which kept me from wanting to quit. You were so encouraging and I loved it. I will definitely be coming back.

    Hi Rebecca, I have been doing this workout for a while now. Because in the morning I can't be bothered (XD) I have only been doing this workout instead of doing it as an addition to another full body workout. I just wanted to ask if doing this on its own is enough or not really in order to see results? Thank you!!

      Consistency is key to seeing results in your fitness routine, so doing this workout regularly is great! However, to see significant changes in body composition or performance, adding in more variety and intensity to your workouts can be beneficial. 🔥

    Hi Rebecca! Great workout as always 🔥🔥 . I have a question for you , everytime I do these kind of workouts ( inner thighs) I face a serious pain in my knees while doing them and not feeling that much of a burn in my inner thighs . It is normal to feel pain in there or Am I doing something wrong ?

      Make sure to check your posture, if pain persists you might want to have it checked out.

      That's great to hear that you are trying to be consistent with this workout! It's best to do this workout once a day, as doing too much can cause strain and fatigue. Make sure to take breaks and listen to your body, so that you can avoid any injuries. Also, make sure to eat a balanced diet to fuel your body for the workouts and to help build strong muscles. 💪🏻🔥

    Loved this 10!!! My right knee felt like it was popping in and out with each extension of my leg though in the first laying on side move - clamshell to extension 😭 any tips on avoiding that? Is it okay to keep my foot flexed (seems to help)

    I've got stretch marks in my inner thighs. If I do these everyday will that get rid of them?
