    Hi! I'll update everyday and if I don't I am sorry just reply to my comment to it reminds me to update again!
    Day 1: great workout! I did the whole thing!
    Day 2: I did it once again!
    Day 3: I did it!
    ---
    Day 6: Loved it! I didn't skip a day so far!
    Day 7: Can't wait till I see the difference in my thighs
    Day 10: I took day 8 and day 9 as rest days I did it and it's getting easier and easier everyday

    Just did this and the 16 min arm video @ 38 weeks pregnant. There aren't enough good and tough prenatal workouts online! Thank goodness for Rebecca Louise ❤️

    Ooooooo I like it!! I like the 10-15min videos- I can combine the body parts to make a full body workout- but maybe a 25 min full body would great!

    Did this today and u are right about relaxing the foot and I feel my thigh burn the way it should be.. and u are always full of motivation and words of encouragement that I couldn't even bear to stop when I feel tired and muscle burning.     These workouts of yours are amazing i could definetly feel the burn! But when I was doing those big leg circles I could hear and feel something repetedly popping near my hips. Is that normal?

    did your workouts a lot before pregnancy as i could see results within days :) now i have gained weight mostly at my problem zones (thighs and booty :D ) and starting right now again with your videos because you are really motivating!!

      Cellulite will go with healthy eating, i.e. no sugar and refined carbs (yes, this means also bread, yes also wholgrain, rye, etc.; there is no excercise for getting rid of cellulite!

    Will this help shed fat (overall as "spot fat loss" doesn't work), but make my muscles bigger (as well as stronger, of course)? I do weight lifting 3-5 times a week, but would like some alternative workouts to help my muscles grow.

    Hi Rebeca. love your videos a lot. do them everyday different kind every time. my muscles getting toned I love it. my concern is that they're not getting slimmer!!!! I do like the form better than all soggy but wish they could be slimmer. anybody any ideas please????!!!!
    by the way I am doing diet along with the exercises, so don't know what's the problem.

      Hi Susan, I do normally keep mine to 15 minutes, and encourage that people do 3-4 videos daily just to ensure you are mixing-up your routines and challenging different muscles and areas of the body. THAT's when you gain real results! 💪
