These workouts of yours are amazing i could definetly feel the burn! But when I was doing those big leg circles I could hear and feel something repetedly popping near my hips. Is that normal?

Will this help shed fat (overall as "spot fat loss" doesn't work), but make my muscles bigger (as well as stronger, of course)? I do weight lifting 3-5 times a week, but would like some alternative workouts to help my muscles grow.
I have tried to lose weight many times and always gave up. But I discovered your videos and I must say, I'm not giving up this time! :) I've already lost 2 kilos (even though it took like a month xD), but I'm working on it, won't give up!

Hi Susan, I do normally keep mine to 15 minutes, and encourage that people do 3-4 videos daily just to ensure you are mixing-up your routines and challenging different muscles and areas of the body. THAT's when you gain real results! 💪
