Everyone can get a thigh gap, no matter your genetics. I know because I had one, genetically I shouldn't. My hips are not wide and my thights are incredible thick, they are muscular and all my body fat goes there. How I did it? I STARVED MYSELF FOR YEARS. Eating between 500 to 800 calories, and doing 1 hour of cardio every day, that's not living. Focus on being as healthy as you can and eat enough to fuel your body to function correctly, thigh gaps are not such a great thing if the rest of your body looks like a flat flabby stick of bones and skin. Having a toned body, having an actuall butt beats having a space betweeen your legs any day.
I don't necessarily want a thigh gap... but I don't want my thighs to touch either bc I can't wear shorts or dresses (without shorts/leggings) for too long without it hurting. So that's basically the only reason for me.... Need to change my lifestyle.... plan to do this on my Butt & Legs days... if I actually manage to workout regularly and eat consciously, I'll update in a week or two...or at the end of the month :)
Hi! I may be really late but the reason why you aren't getting results may be because of your bone structure. People with wider hips can get a thigh gap while people with narrow hips will not be able to get a thigh gap but still can get slim legs.
Rosaleen Siroosi yessss. I don't even now how long I've done this (probably a month or two), but I do it everyday and my thighs have slimmed down and there is some space between them. And even though I don't eat very healthy it still works.

Hi guys, I'll be doing it for 2 weeks and I will update you. I'm Brazilian so maybe my English is bad. Day 1 - It was really hard, I did a lot of pauses, but I am loving this workout, I never felt my inner thighs doing another workout, I think it will work. Day 2 - Oh my gosh my thighs are burning! Today I didn't a lot of pause but was hard to! It's working guys! No pain no gain... Day 3 - Shit! My butt is hurting so much, today was more easy to do, but I think I am doing wrong because my inner thighs are not burning. Day 4 - I did it! I can feel my thighs burning, they are a little bit more small. Day 5 - Rest day Day 6 - It was not that hard! My thighs are smaller I can see the difference! Day 7 - I've been doing this for a week and I can see the difference! My inner thighs are more strong and smaller, my thigh gap is bigger! Guys it's really work Now I'll update just day 14 for you see the final results!

Sometimes I'm going on gym, but because i don't have much time I usually workout in home. This workout is the best thing ever, my thighs starting to separate from each other after around 2 weeks (I was doing it 3-4 times in week)
makeupjunkie ox unless you're working out with really heavy weights it won't bulk you up at all :) but if you want to be safe remember to stretch a bunch after words xx
Again and again I come back to this "oldie" - it is the only thigh gap workout I know that makes you feel the fat melt off your legs while you are doing the exercises. Amazing and extremely effektive!

I don't have a thigh gap, but I have incredibly muscular thighs and I'm proud to wear shorts; if someone has a problem with your shape, they are the one with an issue, not you. There is more to a person than a skinny figure, thin thighs, and a large bottom. There is a difference between skinny and athletic, and it's super important to remember that. These workouts are amazing and they have helped me become even more muscular, but do them for YOU. You are perfect, and never forget it!! ❤️
The problem I am having is that this is shedding my lower thigh, but my upper thigh isn't getting as good of results. I did this once a day for a month, then 2 a week for 2 months. But it's kind of working. It's easier to run now so thanks!

Day 1: I took multiple breaks throughout the workout but survived, definitely could feel thigh burn but also butt burn as well (no thigh gap) Day 2: It got easier for me, didn’t do as many breaks. However, my legs were shaking uncontrollably throughout all the workouts. I started feeling more burn in the thigh than the butt today. Still no thigh gap. Also I feel like I’m floating when I walk... Day 3: Rest Day Day 4: it was WAYYYY easier to do the squats. My knees stopped hurting when I did them so I guess I fixed my squatting form. My legs feel harder when I pat them. I can see some thigh gap when I jut my butt backwards. Day 5: OKay I see some thigh gap now. It is only on the top though.

i used to do this allll the time in 2019, i never had a thigh gap because ive always had larger thighs, but this slimmed them down so much!! i think it somehow helped me to lose stomach fat too haha but i am back doing it twice a day!! hoping to slim the thighs down just a little more :))

Okay so I have a struggle with my thighs, one day there's a thigh gap the next there isn't. I've been looking all over RUclips to find something that would let me keep the thigh gap and this is the only worker that I found out that is very useful, thank you.
At first... I was like... yep this was going to be easy. AHAHAHAAHAAH.... it ain’t. This really made me feel the burn. I wanted to give up midway but I came through. After doing this for sometime... I got the legs I craved for!

i really hope to see. results before school starts. I have a gap on my lower thigh, but towards the top they touch. In very fit and all , I just dont like the way my legs look in skinny jeans. p.s those are the only types of jeans I wear besides miss me and rock revival.....so in gonna start this today👍☺☺
+Sophia Trancy I already have a lower thigh gap but, I did this for a couple of days and it did slim down my upper inner thighs but not completely. I think it didn't give me a full thigh gap because of my genes...like the girls in my family have thick thighs and butts...so yeah but I do have slimmer thighs and rounder butt. so yes this does work but not fully on everyone! ☺☺

+_loveit_a I don't do this everyday. More like every other day depending on what going on. It keeps my thighs toned, but I also do school and all star cheer so that helps with the toning. I do have muscular thighs as well but but not bulky. This doesn't make them bulky btw. 😀

@@Rebeccalouisefitness I don't necessarily want a thigh gap, I just don't want want my thighs to spread whenever I sit and look good in jeans! 😅 I've lost 10 kgs in the past 2 months but I only see a change in the lower thigh, the upper inner thigh is exactly the same so that's what I'm working on

These are amazing Rebecca!! I used to be so self conscious of my legs, and since I started doing your videos about 9 months ago, my legs have never been so slim!!

Okay so I have a struggle with my thighs, one day there's a thigh gap the next there isn't. I've been looking all over RUclips to find something that would let me keep the thigh gap and this is the only worker that I found out that is very useful, thank you.

At first... I was like... yep this was going to be easy. AHAHAHAAHAAH.... it ain’t. This really made me feel the burn. I wanted to give up midway but I came through. After doing this for sometime... I got the legs I craved for!
This workout helps so much, i now have a triangle thigh gap at the top of my thighs. Thank you R!!!!!

I felt the burn a lot in my glutes especially in the laying down exercises.
i really hope to see. results before school starts. I have a gap on my lower thigh, but towards the top they touch. In very fit and all , I just dont like the way my legs look in skinny jeans. p.s those are the only types of jeans I wear besides miss me and rock revival.....so in gonna start this today👍☺☺

I already have a lower thigh gap but, I did this for a couple of days and it did slim down my upper inner thighs but not completely. I think it didn't give me a full thigh gap because of my genes...like the girls in my family have thick thighs and butts...so yeah but I do have slimmer thighs and rounder butt. so yes this does work but not fully on everyone! ☺☺

they look in skinny jeans! Did you continue it and did you see more resulsts? My next problem is that my legs are quite muscular and I do not want more muscles, so do you think it would make them bulky? Thank you very much if you answer!☺️

I don't do this everyday. More like every other day depending on what going on. It keeps my thighs toned, but I also do school and all star cheer so that helps with the toning. I do have muscular thighs as well but but not bulky. This doesn't make them bulky btw. 😀
