How did I do it? adding more weight and training hard for 2-3 days each week with rest in between PLUS muscle gain is all about the protein - you won't get bulky but a post-workout drink is a game-changer to your results and recovery also. Check out mine on my nutrition plans, and I'd love to hear your feedback when you try all my other and more recent arm, back and chest workouts - because that is also key: switching up the routines that work those same muscles to really blast them all! ❤️😉💪💪

Weights shouldn't be used everyday. Try using them every other day instead. Two to three times a week is recommended. And on the days when you're not using weights you can get some cardio in. ;) Also don't forget to mix it up. Don't always do the same workout. Rebecca has some awesome videos with, and without weights. And some KILLER cardio workouts.
#Icanfeeltheburn love your videos, just had a baby and most times I've only got a quick 10-15 minutes a few times a day to squeeze in a workout; often times with that short anount of time I feel nothing, but I feel it after doing your work outs! Thank you!
