    I did this workout for 4 months maybe 3 times a week and used 5lbs weights I did see results within the first month! my flabby bingo wings started to shrink, and I never felt as confident before in a tank top! :) :D

    Rebecca-Louise, I CAN FEEL THE BURN!! Can hardly type this to you. OMG I feel great have been following you for about a month and at 61, I am seeing curves and muscles I never thought I would ever see again. i increased my weights today for this video and boy i'm shaking. Thank you for being here and keep inspiring!!! Your doing a great job Now off to do your 7 best ab exercises cuz my waist is getting amazing!!!! TTFN

      Just read this and even though it's 5 years ago Miriam, I wonder if you're still working out with Rebecca? You truly are inspiring. I'm a newly turned 56 year old and I started working out about 2 1/2 years ago. Rebecca is the first trainer I happened upon and I'm so glad I did. Since that time I've lost 85 lbs and like you, found curves and muscles I never knew I had. (I've had people telling me I have fantastic legs and never in a million years did I think I'd have shapely legs of all things!) Just wondering how your journey has been. It's always so inspiring to hear from women my age as we have our own unique sets of challenges and obstacles. Best wishes to you and keep burning!

    I hope you come out with like a full work out DVD soon because I love your workouts and you are a great motivator! Also I had a question, do have a workout out routine you could recommend for women who are recovering from a C- section ? you know to help build the abdomen muscles back up in a safe way.

    Finally found my best work out work video for my needs always have had weak arms & strong legs. I have a question for anyone who works out regular how many times a week shell I do this & I do want my arms to show a bit of muscle as Rebecca's arm are not the arms I'm going for. Thank You

      Hi there Shyanne - I love a good bit of arm muscle and definition - this one's an older video and I'd like to think my body's changes a little bit since. How did I do it? adding more weight and training hard for 2-3 days each week with rest in between PLUS muscle gain is all about the protein - you won't get bulky but a post-workout drink is a game-changer to your results and recovery also. Check out mine on my nutrition plans, and I'd love to hear your feedback when you try all my other and more recent arm, back and chest workouts - because that is also key: switching up the routines that work those same muscles to really blast them all! ❤️😉💪💪

    A printable sheet of your weight workouts would be super helpful! Also, how do you train at the gym? I.e, a cardio day, a back and biceps day, or just full body?

      Daniella Izzy cx This is really good for the triceps. The last exercises and the tricep kickbacks are perfect for getting rid of arm fat.

      Weights shouldn't be used everyday. Try using them every other day instead. Two to three times a week is recommended. And on the days when you're not using weights you can get some cardio in. ;) Also don't forget to mix it up. Don't always do the same workout. Rebecca has some awesome videos with, and without weights. And some KILLER cardio workouts.

      Try some of Rebecca's cardio workouts. But don't forget to do some toning too! And remember, 20% fitness, 80% Nutrition.
