i've been doing ab workouts for like 2 months now from several channels, and sure it burns really bad when doing these ab workouts everyday but this is ab workout out of all by far gave me the most pain and soreness during and i felt it working sooo good. i'll do this everyday and give results. wow good video!

I just discovered these workouts recently and am doing them consistently to see the change that is promised by the most motivational trainer! It's a good thing I'm not in the same room with Alfie, or else I'd be picking up, cuddling, and playing with the cute pup and I'd never get the workout done :)

This is by far the best ab workout I've ever done! Something about those first few exercises really activate my abs so then the rest of the crunches seem way more effective than they do in other ab routines I've tried...feel like I can feel like every ab muscle contracting. SO GOOD
That was such a great workout! I literally can't feel my abs right now :) I have some back problems and I always look forward strengthening it! So maybe you could do a back series? Lengthening and strengthening exercises for a good posture and just a strong back area? Much love x

I love your workouts! I've been doing at least 4 of them from M-F (snowboarding on Satudays and resting up on Sundays) with a mixture of abs, legs, arms, and sometimes full body ones. I enjoy and love them all! I especially love the kickboxing one! Thanks!

Doing this after getting my covid vaccine this week (exchanged the high plank). Always feel like this workout is hard but more the intense kind and is gentle on the arms 🥰

Now i switched to doing the waist thinner and the muffin top melt workout. So, i have been doing 20 min workout. One question though. How often is it recommended to do abdominal exercises? And for how long? There are so many opinions when it comes down to it, it's crazy. I would appreciate to know yours.

Wow! It's only been an hour but I'm feeling so sore already! Tmr morning's going to be even worse 😲 but i love it. Been doing these for less than a month and my core is noticeably slimmer.
