    I was just thinking I needed an ab workout to do. It's so much eadier to decide when one of my favorite fitness people puts out a new video on a workout on the body part I was thinking of working. Thank you Rebecca! Your mind reading skills are amazing!

    I do this video 5 days a week, [almost] every week. Today was the first day I was able to do the last minute without having to hold my legs higher than you have them. Before when I'd try to do them so low, my back would come off the ground, but today I was finally able to do it as low as you did it without my back coming off the ground! I'm so proud!

      So so proud of you! Remember that to train effectively you need to constantly be switching up your workouts - I'd say repeat a single one no more than 2-3 times 👍
      You want to focus on abs about 3x per week and then each ab-day do DIFFERENT routines and then add weights to really keep constantly challenging this muscle group, THEN you'll never plateau. Keep me posted on your awesome results!

    We had a snow storm last night, about 6” of snow. So this morning’s beach workout was just what I needed for my spirit. I pushed through to the end, just barely! I love this challenge! Thank you for all of your inspiring videos and positive attitude! 🙌❤️☀️

    I have been working out with you off an on for the past 5 years. Should have never had the off. I am now on and going strong. I was wondering if you could do a tummy exercise for Diastasis Recti. I have that from having 5 babies and would love to get my tummy back in shape like the rest of my body. I love working out with you! Your awesome!

    I am in my 60s and do your workouts with my daughter! Are there any precautions I need to take to protect my back (it doesn’t hurt)? Thanks for your energy and tips and the nonstop talking is great makes the exercises go faster!

    Love this n I love it's short,I do do the daily schedule, but 40 mins is hard with kids home for Summer, so I have to stretch it out for the day,I will do one part when my 8yr old autistic daughter us playing n not getting into stuff,but then I have to stop when she is n deal with her n play with her n finish when I can,I do finish but it's constant stopping, uggg once Aug comes n they start back at school I can get back into me time n the workouts,but I do get em in just takes a bit,but I feel great😊

    Rebecca! Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been watching you since 2012 back when you were in x-hit & you’ve come so far. Anyways, other ab workout videos are too easy for me so this video really gave me a challenge & made me feel like my abs were gonna rip off ❤️❤️ I love it!     Hello! I have been doing your abs and back fat workouts for around 3-4months - choosing different/same ones randomly. I do an intense 10minutes cardio workout first and then abs + back - results are great!
    My problem is skin and diastasis recti abdominis! - even 12 years after having twins - despite managing to nearly close a 3-finger gap down to 1...! So I think a 6-pack will defeat me?! I was 5'round with the boys - they weighed 7 and half pounds EACH!
    All advice welcome - probably not surgery....! I am 52 and have started wearing a bikini again thanks to the cardio and your workouts...I do around half hour exercise 6 mornings a week.
    My diet is pretty good/healthy and I drink gallons of water!

    Rebecca!!! I love your videos, but I found this one (and any ab workout, really) *extremely* difficult to do with a sinus infection. I like to stay active when I'm ill, but laying down causes me to choke and cough. Is there any chance you could create a "Standing Abs" workout someday? That would be so wonderful!
    Regardless, mom and I enjoy your videos very much. They're both of our favorites on RUclips to do! ♥

    Rebecca you are so inspiring.i workout in a gym called planet fitness. I go MW&friday.i
    I think by not lifting free weights, some of the machines give you a false sense of what you are capable of lifting. So when I come home I use 2 of your arm workouts and 2 of your ab workouts. I feel as though I have accomplished something. Thank you Maria

    rebecca ma'am you are the person who motivated me to get up from my bed and work out...you are awesome....i had one request.....ma'am can you pls tell how much time does it take to reach to a flat stomach and abs.......i hv been working out for around 2 months.....changes are visible in upper abs...but i see no change in lower abs....ca you pls tell me how much time does it take...i know i need to keep patience but i would be greatful if you gave me any idea about this
