That was great I'm sweating it was hard but definitely fun challenging I will add that one for sure love the beach I miss it I'm in Montana ,you should come visit 😄
I do this video 5 days a week, [almost] every week. Today was the first day I was able to do the last minute without having to hold my legs higher than you have them. Before when I'd try to do them so low, my back would come off the ground, but today I was finally able to do it as low as you did it without my back coming off the ground! I'm so proud!
So so proud of you! Remember that to train effectively you need to constantly be switching up your workouts - I'd say repeat a single one no more than 2-3 times 👍 You want to focus on abs about 3x per week and then each ab-day do DIFFERENT routines and then add weights to really keep constantly challenging this muscle group, THEN you'll never plateau. Keep me posted on your awesome results!

Love this n I love it's short,I do do the daily schedule, but 40 mins is hard with kids home for Summer, so I have to stretch it out for the day,I will do one part when my 8yr old autistic daughter us playing n not getting into stuff,but then I have to stop when she is n deal with her n play with her n finish when I can,I do finish but it's constant stopping, uggg once Aug comes n they start back at school I can get back into me time n the workouts,but I do get em in just takes a bit,but I feel great😊

Hello! I have been doing your abs and back fat workouts for around 3-4months - choosing different/same ones randomly. I do an intense 10minutes cardio workout first and then abs + back - results are great! My problem is skin and diastasis recti abdominis! - even 12 years after having twins - despite managing to nearly close a 3-finger gap down to 1...! So I think a 6-pack will defeat me?! I was 5'round with the boys - they weighed 7 and half pounds EACH! All advice welcome - probably not surgery....! I am 52 and have started wearing a bikini again thanks to the cardio and your workouts...I do around half hour exercise 6 mornings a week. My diet is pretty good/healthy and I drink gallons of water!
Rebecca!!! I love your videos, but I found this one (and any ab workout, really) *extremely* difficult to do with a sinus infection. I like to stay active when I'm ill, but laying down causes me to choke and cough. Is there any chance you could create a "Standing Abs" workout someday? That would be so wonderful! Rebecca you are so inspiring.i workout in a gym called planet fitness. I go MW&friday.i I think by not lifting free weights, some of the machines give you a false sense of what you are capable of lifting. So when I come home I use 2 of your arm workouts and 2 of your ab workouts. I feel as though I have accomplished something. Thank you Maria
I love your workouts! You always work my abs without aggravating my back injury. A lot of these exercises are the step up from my physical therapy. Keep 'em coming!
