Thank you very much for these exercises! The only problem I have is that with the wing and arm pulses my neck muscle starts contracting at it hurts like hell! So of course I take 1000 breaks during this workout! Could it be bad posture? My chest's up and my arms are straight like you said!
Got it Kate, thanks! I do always encourage upping your weight every 30 days or so. If I do more weightless, would you consider buying some dumbbells for next month? I KNOW that with your mindset on the right track you can handle 2lb and then 3lb and keep on going from there 😉💪❤️

Can you do an arm workout that's not too heavy on the wrists? Everytime there's a tricep pushup variation of some sort it always puts too much pressure on my wrists and I can't continue that specific segment.
Woaaah! Rebecca! I can do 20(!) pushups now, when i’ve done this workout quite a few times! When i started i could only do 7! Like in a row! Omg im so proud of myself and im so thankful that u posted this video back in 2017 haha😊

That workout is great my arms did go numb the first 10 minutes in but other then that it was good my wrist aren’t built for some of theses workouts but I still pushed through the only one I didn’t do was the side plank lift
hi, do put on a mini wind muff over your lavalier mic, it will cut done the wind noise a fair bit, making it easier for you to further remove more noise in post.
Will this help make my arms slimmer? Like if I were to do this often and measure my arms with a tape measure the first time starting this and then after a few weeks of doing this, would I have lost inches in my arms?
Hey Rebecca! I absolutely love all your videos! I have a question regarding to losing weight and fat. Currently i am working out using your videos. I am doing this workout (10 mins), a leg and cardio workout - fat burn at home (15 mins), full body cardio workout - calorie blast (15 mins) and intense cardio workout - burn fat fast (10 mins). In total i am spending around 50 minutes working out in a day. The way i workout is: 3 days in a row (doing the workout videos mentioned above) and then 2 days rest, and then 3 days in a row and then 2 days rest and so on. I am just wondering, with what i am doing (with the workout videos) in my workout schedule, am i going to lose fat and most importantly lose weight? If not what could i change to my schedule? Should i workout on more days? Or workout longer? Also keep in mind that i weigh 75kg now and would like to get to 60-65kg. I also eat healthy as well. I would really appreciate if you could read and answer my questions. Thanks!
That sounds like a great routine! Everyone has different needs so a schedule is highly individual and varies from person to person, but changing up the workouts to focus on different areas of the body is great. Just make sure that you're adding nutrition into the equation because that's really the key for weight loss :-)
