Day 3 Complete! I had 15 minutes before the next meeting. I could have scrolled social media but chose to do this instead. Much more productive ... and uplifting!
Day 14 complete! I've even managed to move some weights up from 3 to 5 lbs and 5 to 8 lbs. I'm going to keep going for a full 30 days to see what a difference I can make. 😊

I had neck surgery December 1, and last week just started lifting light dumbbell weights again! Went to your channel this morning and did this video, will do it daily for the next two weeks! I’ll let you know the results-both mentally and physically! Thank you SO much for helping to get me motivated again! 🎉❤
After day 8, I was put on medical rest and had to stop. I have been ok’d to exercise again, and I’m going to incorporate these back in, because I was seeing results and feeling great while doing them before. Thanks Rebecca!
After getting in a sweating cardio TeamBurn workout in, I decided I wanted some arm workouts. So I got in a 6 min sculpted arm and 12 min shredded arms workout! I had great strength day today. So thrilled! I was able to use a variety of weights for different arm movements, plus, I’ve increased my weights bit! So excited that today was a good work out day! Thank you for the encouragement, the energy you bring, and the variety of workouts! 💪🏼💪🏼

20!! Soooo day 7 for me (after 3 weeks LOL), I got busy then started your free 5 day workouts last week, went on a mini vacay and back on it this week, so came back to this great arm workout 💪🏼
Day 7 done and getting easier, even using five lbs for exercises I used the threes for before. Travelling the next few days so I'll have to swap out for water bottles or something.
Day 12! 😅 20! I've managed to add in a leg workout for 10 of these days. Some days, I've had time for more than one arm/leg workout. I'm tired but feeling great!
